Not worth the stress. I agree with another reviewer that Vanilla are gaslighting champs. Unpleasant , unprofessional service, or rather lack thereof. No attempt to find a workable solution, would rather lose business. The technicians came to check for a fibre solution, broke the fibre cables, tried to fix it and failed, left us without an internet connection until Octotel came the next day, and then charged us for the time they spent here trying to fix their own mistake.
