Not worth the stress. I agree with another reviewer that Vanilla are gaslighting champs. Unpleasant , unprofessional service, or rather lack thereof. No attempt to find a workable solution, would rather lose business. The technicians came to check for a fibre solution, broke the fibre cables, tried to fix it and failed, left us without an internet connection until Octotel came the next day, and then charged us for the time they spent here trying to fix their own mistake.

If you enjoy not having an internet connection atleast 1 day a week, being gaslit by staff and being verbally insulted/attacked by the boss if you ever try and post about it - this is by far the ISP for you. After digging online it seems they also publish the personal information including address and sensitive company information about their customers who they are not happy with. This is immoral and I'm pretty sure a breach of the law.

Best ISP in the country! I was a client of theirs until early 2020, when I had to unfortunately cancel due to moving, but I have returned and boy! Is their service amazing, from Graham to Justin & Erick, the service is top notch and nothing is ever too much. Glad to be back on the best ISP in South Africa!

Vanilla provided my internet connection for my apartment in Cape Town CBD. They are the best provider I have ever dealt with. Everything worked, no complaints at all. It's great to feel that actual people are available to respond to any query at all and to get the very real sense they know what they are doing. Thank you to all the great people at Vanilla.

So why should i pay R590 a month to a company that promesis top quality wifi but as soon as there is a small cloud in the sky the WIFI STOPS WORKING every second day this Wi-Fi is ofline and we are still expected to pay even if we have little to none acsses to the internet this is unacceptable
