The systems are failing terribly. Firstly when a restaurant cannot supply what was ordered, they don't know to cancel ASAP so the customer can maybe change. The driver and customer is messed around terribly for hours. Then there is no way to actually complain. They ignore all system sent messages which disappear into the abyss... Any business needs to have an address with which to commincate, why do Mr D think they are special.
My SIM card was ****** with my phone, I tried to get a new one. After dealing with more than ten chat support people I finally got an email address to send my request. Now it seems three email addresses which have systems with hundreds of users, all have my most personal and private information, yet after a month I still cannot get a SIM with my number. I have to spend 25 minutes every day trying...
I found a car advertised by this company. I was keen to buy it. I tried to contact the dealer for days using phone, email and website. They kept on saying no problem, come past but no real reply, I finally had a friend go there to find out that it was sold. It's a one star for a. not being able to contact and b. false advertising c. messing me around terribly
I was keen to access a show made by showmax a few years ago, so I subscribed. Unfortunately they do not have it even though they made it. It is a historical documentary called "Die Afrikaners" and they also cannot tell me why they do not have it. I see they have not much, but where is all the content they have produced over the past 15 years? It's a very disappointing content line up so it deserves no more than 1 star, cancelled my subscription in one week.
Can't even get a password reminder easily... I did finally manage to get one and the password worked for one day. Pathetic organisation, does not keep my number blocked or private :(
Mr. D does not care about its customers nor its' drivers... I am not complaining that there have been no drivers for 24hrs, I am complaining because it is not possible to contact a person at Mr D, nor any posts on any social media from them...
Reliable, safe and responsive. Whilst this is a difficult industry, there are leaders in this company that really care and will respond....
They are always going out of the way to help and give me personal service. They are very knowledgeable and no nonsense...

I have been using pnp online orders for many years. They are okay... and very useful. Sadly I really needed them today and they cancelled my order and they claimed that there is a way to re-instate. After following their steps from their email AND there web site AND their call centre I found that it's not true.

Under the MyPNP menu one can see "My current orders" and the words on the page say "or the 'Cancel order' button if you want to cancel an order " BUT there is no cancel order button.... whilst the email and person claim my order is cancelled there is no way (as they say) to re-order or get the "list" of items ordered into a "new order" without starting from scratch.

It's very sad that theyt seem adamant that this is not true, although the evidence that I have shows that it is. Unfortunately I can't take this to court since my "current orders" still seem to include one for today and one for 9 months ago.. which is clearly not the case.

Please pnp, especially Ms Cindi Selepe who a) was laughing at me on the phone and b) promised me that if the order was there it will be cancelled within an hour and c) did not follow up and disappeared from being able to be contacted...
