Vanilla ISP is the worst
If you enjoy not having an internet connection atleast 1 day a week, being gaslit by staff and being verbally insulted/attacked by the boss if you ever try and post about it - this is by far the ISP for you. After digging online it seems they also publish the personal information including address and sensitive company information about their customers who they are not happy with. This is immoral and I'm pretty sure a breach of the law.

08 Sept 2023, 10:48This was very unfortunate as this clients Vumatel line had an ongoing fault. We did report every time to Vuma and tried to assist to get it repaired. It was during a time when stage 5/6 loadshedding was intensive. There were three sad aspects that ended this relationship, client would not believe us that we were chasing Vumatel, he would not allow us to install a router where we could track the outages and although we even gave him credit (which Vuma would not give us) he still became abusive as you can see above.

08 Sept 2023, 11:09This is actually incorrect, the router was installed and after 6 months of usage and tracking with the new router, still nothing changed. They have also recently retrieved said router months after I changed providers. Regarding the credit, I asked for it, but it was never given. Like I said, if being gaslit is your thing. Lastly, I have changed to a new ISP who ironically uses the exact same vuma line which apparently was the issue, and I have not had one issue yet.
