The worst experience ever, they are a **** and are not well trained to provide good service. Bought a bed in July which was discontinued but it was on the website and I only found out after I was following up on a delivery for the alternative which was cheaper as we seal I’m yet to see my credit from the variance. I have emailed, called an texted keep hearing that accounts will sort it out before the end of business each time so I’m really disgusted by this 😡
I am so disappointed by the services that I go at Pick n Pay Lemon tree in Alberton , I bought a stove o the 27th of June now the stove is not working, I asked my husband to return it today he was treated like a fool taken from pillar to post. He had to stand there just to be told that the stove will be booked in for repairs whereas their return & exchange policy is not written anywhere I would expect to find it on the back of the till slip but there was nothing. I am so ****ed at Cindy who is apparently the front line manager. That lady needs to be disciplined for her actions she has no customer service at all & apparently I was told that she would be wasting her time by talking to me on the line!!!
