I called Gold Wagen Head office on Saturday inconnection with a clutch Cable problem. A lady put me through to a gentleman I asked about a , 1,4 City Golf I 2008 model clutch cable which came complete with a rubber in front.. He asked me the part number..I said I don't know.. He did not want the Vin number. The reason why I called Head office because about 5 Gold wagen spare shops did not have the complete cable with the rubber. Some had the cable, no rubber..So when I asked about the rubber ,I was told to buy it loose.. So I asked give me a rubber.. No one had stock.. Head office gentleman told me to go to Attredgeville...They were not sure how to fit the cable .. The staff at Wierda park and Centurion and Midrand thumbs down who helped me .. You are far from being specialist.. Shocking Senior Citizen Centurion.. They had no rubber..(surprised ) I was told that they no longer stock this..But I told him there is still lots of old Model city
I called Ricoffy head office the 086 number is not working..The 0115146116 it sounds almost like a call center.. I have problem with the 3-1 stick (the 10 in the box) There is no stock for the last 2 months. When calling the above number ,I was told it's a shortage supply ..There is no stock.. Because the Supermarkets around Centurion ,Especially Checkers, Pick n Pay.. no boxes of 10.. ( which price about R33.00) But what is surprise the loose 3-1 sticks is full at most Checkers in Centurion Selling on Special R3.99) so where a box cost between (30 -33 rand 10 Sticks cost you ( R40.00)..which is unfair..Because Ricoffy deliberately make it short supply to boost the sales at Supermarkets We are already struggling economy..Could Ricoffy not do better.. Shame on Checkers not putting enough pressure on Ricoffy..company.. Box of 35 loose Sticks 3-1 cost on Special R140 00) at Checkers normal prices each is R4,49) Where 3 x boxes of 10 cost about (R90.00) Hello Peter this is day light ******* . The loose Sticks are not short in supply. They cost way more than the boxes of 10.. This is going on for more than 2 months . Senior Citizen Centurion But the boxes of 10 are ..
Bad service.You are requested to use whats up. There is no agents to support you. They dont call back. I was billed before receiving any service. The telephone answering is very bad
