This person keeps changing his business name (Shop pro printing) (JJ PRO PRINTING) ext. if the business run out of Krugersdorp don't use them. Ordered custom car mats paid R220+R200 for delivery and it is almost a year later, and they block me on there pages and don't return any call or dms.
To whom it may concern I received a quote and scheduled installation for the 17/04/2024 (system was installed as planned) The inverter started making loud(bang)noises on the 10/08/2024.I struggled to get hold of the owner of Smart Light energy and managed to get the technician on the 20/08/2024 and explained to him around the noises coming from the inverter and he instructed me to switch it off. I was able to reach the owner and technician on the 22/08/2024 and informed me that they are ready to come and assist but I must make a payment of R600 for fuel. On the 28/08/2024 the technician removed the inverter and said its damaged he must take it in to conduct fault finding. I struggled to get hold of any of them and was only able to reach the technician in September and he informed me that the motherboard was faulty(burned)I waited for response from owner but nothing. I reached out to the owner again and was able to speak to him on the 04/10/2024 I told him I want a refund, and he informed me the inverter will be replaced but the technician is currently in Zambia as soon as he gets back it will be replaced. Again, no response from them and I was able to speak to technician on the 13/11/2024 and he went and query about inverter and the said that there is no stock now available. On the 09/12/2024 he informed me that they have a replacement inverter but need R600 for fuel to come and install. On the 12/12/2024 he arrived to install the inverter (the inverter did not switch on) he took it with him again and told me it is faulty. On the 13/12/2024 at around 21:00 he informed me he is standing in front of my gate; he installed an inverter on Eskom and battery power. On the 14/12/2024 at 06:00 there was an alarm going of on the inverter and I was on a video call with the technician, and he informed me the inverter is not charging the batteries and must switch inverter to Eskom to charge battery because it is faulty, he will discuss with them, and he will give feedback around the problem. I send the owner a watsup and demanded a refund and up to now no feedback from owner or technician.
Also works under shop pro printing. I ordered car mats + paid for courier. Now that I request feedback no answer on email/phone calls or watsupp
Ordered mats for car and payed for delivery and now I am struggling to receive product payed for.
