DISHONEST HEAD MASTER ***NER) - NeuroEduCare Family and Learning Centre Witbank
NeuroEduCare Family and Learning Centre - Witbank +27 60 960 7513 Myself, Back a Buddy account, as well as a radio station paid money into the school to pay for tuition fees for a child. The school fees are paid up for 2025. I asked her to pay the balance out to me, as the school account does not earn money, where after we will pay next years money per month, as usual. The Owner, Chantel Maré promised to pay me back the money that I paid into the school, (as it was a loan until the Back a Buddy and Radio Station's money came in), but is now avoiding any communication and still hasn't paid any of the money back. This is not a very good way of treating a student's guardian, who is a 75 year old lady living of SASSA for an income, in actual fact, it is *****ING, which means if she can do this to us, who else is she *****ing from and how should we trust her with our children. PS.... and this is a special need school - above all else!!!

Incompetent / Fraudulent Company
After I have asked nicely to update my information, forbid you to sumbit our documents without our approval and also forbid you to deduct money form my account, you did not respond at all and went ahead deducting the money from my account. I have now had enough of your incompetence / fraudulence way of working. You leave me no choice as to file a legal complain with the NCR, following the steps you have(not) taken: 1. Misleading / Inaccurate Information; 2. No legal signatures – all signatures fraudulent; 3. No correction of Forms 16 and 17.1; 4. Not supplying me with updated forms for my approval prior to submitting: 5. Submission without my permission. 6. Deducting money from my account, without permission; 7. Refusal to withdraw prior to 17.2; 8. No proper communication, ignoring emails, not taking or returning calls, etc: 9. Threatening Debt Counsellor. PS. After reading a couple of reviews on Hellopeter, it was clear that you are NOT capable and definitely NOT a reliable and honest company, therefor I have decided that I would also tell my story on Hellopeter, as well as lodging the complain to NCR.
