This is a terrible service. Hour and a half late for an appointment and no bother of a phone call to advise that they will be late. If this is their first impression I certainly wouldn't want to stick around to see their actual service delivery . ITS A DEFINITE NO FOR ME.
Terrible service! Trying their live chat or even dialling into their call centre is the most soul destroying experience ever not to mention expensive as you hold on for a lifetime and still get transferred up and down. I would not recommend their service to any one.
I am sooooo pleased with my order. I can truly recommend Canvas & More, the product is quality, the service and amazing and the turnaround time is out of this world! Im very happy!!

What an experience!!! We were unfortunate in that our vehicle was ****** on a Saturday whilst attending a school sport event. This terrible experience resulted in us being connected to Tiro Dolamo. What a helpful, friendly and caring consultant Tiro is. From making contact with me on the Sunday morning right through to the very last minute of settlement (which by the way was within a week!!). Tiro you have got to be an Angel, I could have not asked for better service, I could not have asked for a better person to be at my side during this time. Your service rocked my world and I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for making this experience far easier and pleasant than I anticipated. You deserve to be put on a pedestal for all to see how servicing clients should work.
The worst service I have ever experienced! We are attempting to buy a car. I opted to get my own finance for the vehicle via my private banker and it seems that this is frowned upon, probably because they don't get commission. It has been an absolute nightmare to get the OTP then when it did arrive they sneaked in additional costs of a COMPULSORY warranty. No explanation of what it is. As far as I am aware you cannot sell a financial product without explaining it to the client and giving them an option to take it. Since when are institutions permitted to force additional costs on consumers with no opt out. Surely you are supposed to tell consumers upfront of additional costs that you have not advertised, let alone explain the product before just popping it on the bill. I asked numerous times for a senior person to contact me - they not concerned to do so. Terrible service, I would not recommend this business to any consumer. Take your hard earned cash and support dealerships instead, at least you not a number to them. Dreadful service from Prayer Sibuyi, Abrinah *****ya and Daluxolo Petros.
I have never had such poor service from a company. Mirriam Williams you are a disgrace to client service. I have paid up my account after struggling to obtain a settlement from you for two months. A month after settling my account and sending numerous emails for a paid up letter I to date have not received it. Then to add insult to injury you go and debit my account this month. I called to speak to your supervisor and was put through to a SECERETAY who confirms that you dont have managers???? She was rude and loud on the phone and would not listen to me. Blamed Nedbank for not closing the account. She confirmed that they only contacted nedbank yesterday. What exactly where you doing for a month? To tell me i have to wait 7 days for a refund of my debit order is not on. Your service sucks!!!
