Spoke with Dalton to add another item onto my insurance. Very well handle and good customer service.
If I could I would give zero stars. Put in a claim for a microwave whose magnetron stopped working , the microwave is barely 3 years old. Assessor came out, and seemed to have no idea what needed to be done. He was asking the other person with them what photos they needed to take and what needed to be done. There were no power surges/ it wasn’t load shedding, the plug the microwave is plug into runs off of an inverter 24/7. And MiWay comes back to me with a “it’s damaged due to wear and tear”… you employ/contract assessor that have no idea what they are doing. It’s also been 48 hours since you have contacted me about the report. I am still waiting to receive that report via email… unless when it comes to insuring anything with insurance companies. Why are we even supporting them?
