Extremely bad /no service at this store . Went there on the 8th November . As I walked in there was 5 staff members having a chat . I said Hi and noticed changes in store and spoke to them . NOT 1 GREETED or asked if they can assist. Carried on chatting as I was searching for 3 jeans. After few minutes a 6 person came from the back, looked at me and ignored me. As I walked out, I wanted to take a picture to show management the bad attitude. I love my LEVI'S but don't think can go back. In this store seems they treat people bad as a team, not one apologized or tried to help. SMILE as I said taking photo of their bad service ALL RAN TO THE BACK .
Went in to Hirsch's Meadowdale 1 month ago to ask them to order my 20kg LG drain pipe that had a small hole . Gave them pictures serial number , model , pipe everything. 2 weeks later had no response . Again send the pic's and the sales person assisted and queried them with all the details , 10 days later after various queries said part arrived. WHEN I GOT THERE AFTER 1 MONTH IT WAS WRONG PART OF DISHWASHER . Again gave them all the details THE SO CALLED MANAGER Ronel AT PART AND THE STORE manager , pictures of everything and 2 days later again no luck with lots of excuses and apologies again from manager . I CALLED APPLIENCE WHAREHOUSE YESTERDAY and 24 hours later I have the part , delivered to my home .This was not the first time I had this problem with service /parts WAITHING MONTH and always wrong part .
ONE AGAIN they not following order. My wife has medical issue and cant eat any sauce's . This branch just don't take note . I have to now rate this as it has happened 3 out of 5 orders.
BOKSBURG MEGASTORE SERVICE/FIX TEAM. Excellent , friendly and pro service . Thank you guys for the work done on my E-BIKE . I have dealt with these guys often in the past and always receive the best service and advise. Not only did you do a great job , but I also felt like I got a brand new bike , just the way you cleaned it looking brand new . Always pleasure dealing with this team . Thank you . Marius Lourens
I have been deeling with these guys since 2008 , and must compliment them on the always friendly and helpfull service. Special thank you to Donald for sorting my Geerator problem in 24 hours and even the coffee shop lady , after not having cash to pay still gave me my coffe and trusted me to pay NEXT time . Thank you all may you all have an Amazing Blessed festive Season .
Took my Jeep for tyre's , wheel alignment and balancing . We agree on price and I was called later to say 2 of my rims had a buckle R 1300 each to repair. Although car had no vibration at all did repair . ASKED the Boksburg Eastrand Mall to make sure alignment is done correct as previous problems , get the car back alignment out and steering off center . Took may Audi A 5 with 27 00 km for rotation after Jeep . Left the car and got call again that 3 rims were buckled . Again this car had no vibrations or anything . Just needed clean rotation . Took 2 cars and had 5 rims damage ........... and rotation was not done after repair put back as was before .
NO RESPECT FOR CUSTOMERS , WEARING MASKS UNDER NOSE AND NOT SANITIZING HANDS BEFORE ORDER Just went to buy some meat, and the man helping me (and a few other working there) was wearing mask till under the nose . When asking him him very politely to please close his moth and nose before working on my order , the man (owner) was very addiment that he would not and started with order. I had to protect myself and family and rather left and got my meat at Venters that was to happy to assist
East Rand Mall . My wife went to exchange item I bought for her week ago. She wanted to exchange not refund and did not have my credit card with her . The MANAGER AT THE BRANCH was very un helpful , even rude just trying to proof a point . HOWEVER the lady at the till was friendly , helpful and understanding. She assisted my wife. That manager should remember in times like this , rather look after your customers , DONT BE A SPITFULL person . SA retail sales shocked yesterday just showing you look after your customers. WELL DONE AND THANK YOU TO THE LADY HELPING HER, SHE SHOULD BE THE MANAGER .
