THERE SERVICE IS BAD, THEY JUST ADD PACKAGES WITHOUT CONSULT THERE CUSTOMERS, AND WHEN YOU QUIRY ABOUT YOUR ACCOUNT THEY HAVE JUST PROMISES, BUT NOTHING REALY HAPPENS, YOUR PHONE BEEN DISCONECTED AND THEN YOU MUST START YOUR COMPLAINT AGAIN. THE WORSED OF EVERYTHING IS YOU WENT IN TO A MTN SHOP TO ASSIST YOU ALL THEY TOLD YOU THEY WILL SEND EMAIL, AND THEN YOU WAIT AND WAIT BUT NO RESPONSE BACK TO LET YOU KNOW WHAT IS GOING ON I AM WITH MTN SINCE 2009 BUT NEVER IN MY LIFE HAD SUCH A BAD SERVICE WITH MTN,
I ORDER TWO WINGBACKS, PAID FOR THE WINGBACKS. IT WAS PROMISE TO ME THAT I WILL RECIEVE THE WINGBACKS ON MONDAY, STILL NOTHING, TRIED TO SENT MESSAGES ON WATSAPP, NOTHING. I MEAN I PAY OVER R2000

My phone is stolen on 30dec it is know 3 Feb. My claim is still busy with how long can a insurance on phone take. Mtn insurance as well as mtn white river is poor.
