Im dissapointed by such a big reputable company gaurdrisk for letting me down when i needed the insurance most during difficult time being on medical incapacity. Will never advise anyone to take gaurdrisk as their credit life insurance look else where.
I have been on medical incapacity my contract was then terminated due to ill-health gaurd risk cover paid only for 6 months after that imas started to debit then i send documents supporting my statement along with HR statement. yes the debts were paid off so they say i was never issued with settlements letter nor vehicle documents and consultants don't give feedback nor progress report thats so unprofessional only thing you hear is your matter is escalated. I have always referred people to since 2015 i won't anymore i rated imas best and helpful kind staff its only in the branch but those you call never answer nor get back to you this working from home thing is not working the consultants are busy you hear pots kids playing. Is the staff trained? cause everything they know is : I have sent your matter to my supervisor
They gave me good service the consultant explained everything in details made me understand the whole claim procedure which according to me is reasonable i give her 10 out 10 i recommend PMD for other vehicle owners. The claim was approved within 2 working hours which is rear nowadays compared to other insurance companies. Thank you PMD
Iemas has done a good job of assisting with my claim im greatfull keep up the good job, do good to others as you did to me thanks guys Gift Ernest Lefa the list is long. I have been a loyal members to them they proved to be loyal tp me.
I submitted a temporary incapacity claim with iemas since March for my vehicle and personal loan i submitted all required documents doctor letter, employer letter and personal statement to their consultant i have been calling sending emails he does not respond or at least give me feedback about the claim. What is the reason for paying insurance when you need its not there
Bought a car at avura motors rustenburg waterfall mall the car started making noise found that the rear bumper is loose it has been reworked but i was not informed of the work done and it has a Dekra sticker how is that possible it could have been picked up during testing. The manager is not helping at all they want to fix a problem that can not be fixed it has to replace. On the sales documents there is no where that the dealer is stating that the car was in an accident or not but according to inspection done at Audi rustenburg and roodepoort 2 technicians and a panelbeater confirmed the car has been in an accident whether it was a small or big accident but as a customer they should have disclosed that.
