On the 28th of November 2020, I spoke to one of the agents and I got the Price Lock package that comes with two decoders. One week later, only one decoder was delivered. I called DSTV, i was told there was a delay. Ok fine, a week after that, the installation people came, fine. A week later I call again to ask about the decoder they say it's on its way it should be delivered in a week. Which is great, little did I know that's one lie they like to use. Twice every week or once I always call and I get the same BS story, if it's not a delay with the courier service it's then telling me it will be delivered within a week. Guess what, it's been close to my 2 months, i have one decoder yet I'm paying for two. Im annoyed with this operation
You change movie channels, reduce them, then repeat the same movies you've been playing over the during of lockdown. Omw i'm so disappointed. There is over a million movies in the world and you play the same thing over and over again. It's so frustrating. Why we paying this thing if we going to see one thing everyday? You deserve 0 ratings
