Forgotten the value of Customer Service

They have forgotten the value of customer service or never had it to begin with SAD - Beautiful furniture, kind staff in store - terrible customer service from there on in. R30000 worth of furniture dumped and scuffed in my driveway with little to no care. When I nicely complained about it no one was even interested in apologizing. Chairs are also super uncomfortable so the experience has been bad all around. Writing this review because they don't respond when messaged privately.
