I contracted ACL (Paarl) to install an inverter and battery system. It was done on 1 June 2023 by a subcontractor, called Tinus. Anton (for ACL) said I must contact Tinus for the CoC. He insisted on cash payment and was handed to him in the presence of two witnesses. The work was done on 9 June 2023. Numerous messages followed. As at today 11 Sept 2023, I am still waiting for the CoC. The CoC is a legal requirement.
