The manager is disgustingly rude with no customer service skills whatsoever! During Covid19 Level 2 regulations bars are required to close at 10PM. Well the manager walked up to our table at 21:30 right after we paid for our drinks and took my 3/4 full bottle of wine! We told him with 30 minutes to closing time we could have poured one last glass since we all live within the Tygerwaterfront estate its not like we are driving. The manager was rude and told us he did not care. We also asked him to at least write our names on the bottle so that when we come get the remainder of our wine tomorrow he will know which bottle is ours. He blatantly refused and was rude and arrogant about the whole thing. That type of customer service is absolutely disgusting.
