I have had bad service itβs usual really, you guys take the cake π I have never had to wait for 15 minutes with no waiter not even a drink and actually have to stand up get in and ask bar tenders to help me order food, the waiters you had on the 31st during the day ddnt care at all about us , this is where one wonders whether its race related or what that because we are black we dont have a tip, we ordered a meal that comes with veges and were given fries no questions asked the food was not so nice, Ive been to other bossas but you guys no π

We had lunch there on Sunday. I myself had not been there for quite a while. The service was excellent and the food really great but our waiter, Fungai, was the absolute best. Amazing smile, good sense of humor and extraordinary people skills. Just put the cherry on top of a very good experience.

I've been to your different branches but I end up coming to Tyger falls the most food is good service aswell .and I would definitely be coming again

This was the worst customer service we had ever received. We were not allowed to sit anywhere at 12pm due to tables being reserved for clients which were only going to be there at 6pm. Felt extremely unwelcomed.

Great location and views with horrible service... I never complain.. The level of service the manager provided at this place was putrid to say the least.. My ****tail that I did not evens touch yet fell over into my plate due to wind.. Glass everywhere cut my hand in the process.. Manger comes over the word comes out of his mouth "can't refund the drink".. Nobody at the table evens said anything about not paying for the drink.. The manager was not evens concerned if I was okay or anything.. My hand was bleeding you know.. I asked him why must I pay for something that it's not my fault.. His response was when the waiter puts something down on your table they are not responsible for it.. Was bull**** is that.. I ended paying for something that is not my fault and walked away with a cut on my hand.. They are all about money first, patrons customer service second..

The manager is disgustingly rude with no customer service skills whatsoever! During Covid19 Level 2 regulations bars are required to close at 10PM. Well the manager walked up to our table at 21:30 right after we paid for our drinks and took my 3/4 full bottle of wine! We told him with 30 minutes to closing time we could have poured one last glass since we all live within the Tygerwaterfront estate its not like we are driving. The manager was rude and told us he did not care. We also asked him to at least write our names on the bottle so that when we come get the remainder of our wine tomorrow he will know which bottle is ours. He blatantly refused and was rude and arrogant about the whole thing. That type of customer service is absolutely disgusting.
