It can not be that my father who passed away in 2020 is still my beneficiary when I changed him in 2020, last year when I checked it was still him even but I had someone else that I added , I asked that they change to someone else again last year I sent her ID but when I ask Caroline Binedell today she is still saying the beneficiary is my father, I have advised my family of this and if I die there will be a trail of emails and you will burry me, I am sick of this its useless to tell metropolitan to change beneficiary and I am sick of it this is my email address zikhona.ntukushe@gmail.com I doubt you have my details on system infact you are just taking my money from my employer with no communciation with me
Absa iDerect be serious I did a car inspection a long time ago no inspection certificate has been sent I have been calling for confirmation no one is taking my calls, I have been emailing noone is getting back to me, should anything happen to my car noone will tell me the inspection was not successful I am very angry
I ddnt know I was paying for a call centre that wont come to help me find my car but rather will tell me over the phone where it is so that I find it myself or go to Saps when I am panicking ,the probably white call centre consultant that said “we cant come find your car just because you are not getting hold of the driver” almost killed me, I doubt he would have said this to someone his own race very condescending,fyi I am shopping around for real a car tracking service not a call center, yall dont even know whether I found my car or not that was Tuesday

Im dying, I have been sick since Monday the GP I was using is far from where I live, I tried to go and was sent home because it was fully booked I then called to get a closer GP discovery says they can change the GP but it will be effective in June, so they dont care if I die, I hate this medical aid

I have had bad service it’s usual really, you guys take the cake 🎂 I have never had to wait for 15 minutes with no waiter not even a drink and actually have to stand up get in and ask bar tenders to help me order food, the waiters you had on the 31st during the day ddnt care at all about us , this is where one wonders whether its race related or what that because we are black we dont have a tip, we ordered a meal that comes with veges and were given fries no questions asked the food was not so nice, Ive been to other bossas but you guys no 👎
