All their restaurants I've been to have given me a great experience, love their food and of course the bar side 😅
Service is fast, food is delicious and the views are calming and refreshing.
I have given Max law 20 days notice to cancel my contract with them (In terms of Consumer Protection Act) the cancellation email was sent on the 21 Dec 2022, today is 7 Feb 2023, I have not received my refund, I'm being given a run around, I'm calling their call center and sending countless emails. Why is my money not returned yet? Can someone from Max Law give me a call? This situation has been draining me from 2022 and I'm still here, Max Law is taking Advantage of me period!
I have been calling Max Law Credit since yesterday 20 December 2022 to get a refund of the money they deducted on my account without the services that were promised to me, I was told someone will call me back, today is 21 December I called back at 11:36 only to be told they are having a party today I must expect a call next week and then the call was dropped in my ear. I've paid this company all the agreed payments and have received no service, now that I want my refund I'm treated this way.
Cell C is unable to give my number back, their sim card failed on my phone and it did not have network, inserted the sim on another phone and still it did not work, had to buy a new sim card and call customer care for sim swap and i failed security check, the store is unable to assist because the sim was bought from a vendor and they registered the sim on their details, I've had the number for 6 years , i sent an email with documents proving that the numbers belongs to me but i'm told to wait 30 days, I can't transact on my bank account because i need my number to authorize payments, on the side i'm looking for a job and i won't be reachable, this is pure nonsense from Cell C, sent my statements from one of my accounts with my numbers clearly displayed on the documents but they still can't assist, so what must happen i the meantime? My life must come to a stand still because they don't have proper employees who can resolve this issue?
I want nedbank to reverse the R270 they took from my account, i wont stand this, its the 3rd time they charge me honfees for a positive account, i want my money back a whole R270 charged for purchases i made when there was sufficient funds in my account, nedbank please return my money
I woke up to Honfees deductions from Nedbank for R90 each, what is this ? Is it some kind of scam or they way of Nedbank stealing money from clients, i dont have an overdraft ,please pay my money back, i'm paying my monthly services.
I just woke up with over R260 charges on my account for stoping a fraudulent debit order which went off my account, wow so i get to pay for protecting my money from scammers, i'm pregnant and due in 3days and had money to go to hospital and now its gone because Nedbank could not protect my money and now i have to pay i dont think that is fair at all
2x R89.00 fraudulent debit orders went off my account unauthorised and now there is charges because i had no funds in my account, so i'm suppose to pay charges for some company who tried to steal my money,nedbank obviously get complaints from lots of customers about these fraudulent companies and can identify them from each and every complain they receive from their customers, we cant all report the same company and they do nothing about it, why cant they block all these these fraudsters from taking our money.
