I cannot begin to describe how impressed I am with the excellent service I received. The staff is friendly and helpful and the attention to detail is just outstanding. My car was fixed in record time and looks brand new. Upon leaving it felt like leaving a friend's house ☺
What a lovely experience at this beautiful restaurant. From the first call to make the booking, to the venue, the food and especially the lovely Tumi and her team, everything was absolutely outstanding. Highly recommended
My friend and I were in the mood for a burger and decided on a whim to go to Jerry's in Willowbridge. What a lovely experience. We ordered the Philly burger and the Frenchy which we subsequently divided to each try the other's. Most impressive. Juicy, well cooked, more than enough toppings. And the sweet potato fries were the best I've had in a very, very long time. And a big shout out to our server, Kat. She was attentive, friendly and offered wonderful suggestions. We will definitely be back
I was most impressed with the help I got from Mr Tshalo Lefeta from Avis Bloemfontein today. My boss thought that he had left his pen, a gift from his wife and thus very sentimental, in his rental car. I called and Mr Lefeta said he'd have a look and call me back. Which he did. He confirmed that they had found a pen but the description didn't quite fit the pen we were looking for. He then sent me a photo from his own personal phone confirming that it was not the right one. I was really impressed by his willingness to go the extra mile and the manner in which he handled everything. As luck would have it, the pen was found this afternoon in my boss' robe pocket :-) Big relief!
A water pipe burst on our perimeter and I lost my internet connection. After my service provider had logged a call with them on late Friday afternoon, Norma phoned at 19h40 and booked an appointment for 14h30. The team arrived at 14h24. The technician was very friendly and efficient and the problem sorted out very quickly.
We had lunch there on Sunday. I myself had not been there for quite a while. The service was excellent and the food really great but our waiter, Fungai, was the absolute best. Amazing smile, good sense of humor and extraordinary people skills. Just put the cherry on top of a very good experience.
I have been to quite a few Crazy Stores and I MUST commend the staff. I have not been to one where the staff is not overly accommodating, helpful and super friendly. Always a pleasure
I am using GABS again after lockdown fromDurbanville/CT/Durbanville. Oh how I missed it! Although the 6.30 am and 4 pm drivers are not the same ones as pre-lockdown, they are just as amazing. So kind and friendly with HUGE smiles. I am really a very happy customer
I have been to Jackson & Black a few times and cannot fault them in any way. The food is incredible and the service is the absolute best. I'd find it difficult going anywhere else.
Earlier this year it took me 3 months to cancel my a contract which I have had for 22 years. Fast forward to 27/11/2019 - I called in to cancel a 3G I've also had for many years but don't need anymore. Kulewa agreed to cancel and told me about a wonderful deal on my 5gig that was due to for upgrade in January. I declined as I have fibre at home and wifi at work. 2 days later I was called by an upgrade consultant, only to find out that not only was the 3G not cancelled, the 5gig was upgraded without my consent. Took another 3 calls to finally confirm that what I had wanted was actually done and the unwanted 5gig upgrade cancelled. This morning I called to cancel a another contract, but as soon as I indicated that I wanted to cancel a contract, the line was disconnected. This happened 3 times!
