Myself and my husband chose our reward (2 whey sachets), but we are unable to get it as dischem don't have stock. I have phoned Virgin Active about 3 times. And they still have not assisted me or my husband. Also these vouchers are going to expire in the next 3 days. Really not good service at all.
I am trying to reroute my delivery and have had two call centre agents ignore my messgaes - Hillcretia and Mamlea. This is shocking service. Makes it even worse when you phone lines dont work.
If I could rate this 0 star I would. I have never been so disappointed in service, as I am now. We placed our order Last week Monday and still we are waiting for our order - 3-7 working days eta is finished. For the past week, Online orders has been telling me you guys cant keep up with the orders, same excuse for everyday that I have phoned. Said this would be overnighted and we would receive order today. I would like a refund ASAP! Order number: 175323
I ordered last week Tuesday - and to date I have not received a waybill to show my order is on its way, Im trying to phone and cant be assisted, I get that they received a lot of order due to Black Friday, but why post if you cant keep up with the sales. Please I would like my waybill asap. We didnt buy at other supplement stores but only on Nutritech for Black Friday.
Got a phone call from Simphiwe trying to sell me insurance and find me a cheaper option on what I have now. Male entitlement so so underrated. Speaking to me like I know nothing, I explained how much I pay and he was trying to sell me something I would end up paying more for? Eventually because he wasnt getting his way he got rude.

I was in an accident mid July 2024. The accident was not my fault yet I had to pay my excess and as explained this will be paid to me once they get the funds from the 3rd party. I feel like no effort has been put in about this at all. Im getting the same reason that I got in September. Blink is quick in deducting monthly fees and all but I dont understand why I need to wait so long - pay back my excess, and chase after the third party. The effor in this claim is so minimal, it might be best to start looking elsewhere, as cheap rates is not everything, so is a proper service which Im not getting alot of.
If I could give no stars I would. Literally this is the worst branch ever. From start of sale to aftersale service, extremely shocking people have no way of communicating with the customer. Etiquette is completely off. Managers dont get back to you. Staff is rude. Namely Chesney Roach.
