I understand black Friday deal might take time all good. Then you still use the most useless courier that will take an extra 10 days or more to get my delivery Ordered placed 26 November 10th of December still not even out for delivery

Terrible company. Ordered paid. Week later. Company blocked me on fb after i asked when i am getting my paid for order. Keeps on saying processing. No indication of when i will be getting my goods. Want my money back and my friends aw well ordered!!!

Company: Black Bull Hardcore Labs Product: Whey Suppreme (flavour: chocolate nougat) - Product is not manufactured per GMP standards. - 36ml Scoop supplemented with 40ml scoop. - Product label not amended displaying this change. - Accurate labelling in GMP is an essential part of the manufacturing process. - No communication on website or social media about the scoop change. - Per GMP standards, the product needs to be recalled. - No accountability from manufacturer/supplier.

After reporting to NUTRITECH which apparently oversees VITATECH PRODUCTS a rep from the company NWABISA MONETSELA repeatedly sends humble apology e mails with NO acknowledgment of my complaint sent 2-3 weeks ago which is:This is the 2nd time there is less Product in your VITATECH Products, that is why I’m bringing to your attention as this is starting to look suspect. Attached a pic of said product bought from Clicks both occasions. Also brought to attention of Clicks. This container once seal broken only contained 28 instead of 30 as per container label. This is not isolated of which I am sure and constitutes huge saving on larger scale for the company. This needs to be investigated and exposed. I sent LOT NUMBERS, EXPIRY DATE, actual pics of container with seal just broken AND ALL THEY SAY IS SEND US A TILL SLIP. I sent one but they finding fault, WHO KEEPS RANDOM TILLSLIPS if you don’t suspect a problem. The problem is THIS: CHECK THIS BATCH, get random samples and test whether there is a problem, but this NUTRITECH COMPANY wants to sweep this under the rug..WHY!! Why would I have gone to all the trouble, 15 e mails with proof when NUTRITECH/ VITATECH just ignore AND MAKE ME the villain..absolutely stinks what they think they can get away with. Should have NEVER MAILED THEM as they are pathetic, straight to SM PLATFORMS

If I could rate this 0 star I would. I have never been so disappointed in service, as I am now. We placed our order Last week Monday and still we are waiting for our order - 3-7 working days eta is finished. For the past week, Online orders has been telling me you guys cant keep up with the orders, same excuse for everyday that I have phoned. Said this would be overnighted and we would receive order today. I would like a refund ASAP! Order number: 175323

I found some great Black Friday deals, but the wait for delivery has been ridiculous. I usually order my monthly supplements from Xtream Nutrition, but this time I decided to try Nutritech because they had some decent specials. Big mistake. Eight days went by with no updates, so I sent emails (which got no reply) and made a call. The person I spoke to was unprofessional, but after some back-and-forth, she confirmed my order was finally out for delivery. Their excuse? They had an influx of Black Friday orders. If you can’t handle the pressure and satisfy your customers, then don’t run promotions like this. To make matters worse, I called the courier, who told me it would take another 3 to 7 working days. That’s pathetic—it means it’ll take roughly 15 days to receive a parcel from PE to Pretoria. For comparison, I can send a parcel to Europe much faster.

I ordered last week Tuesday - and to date I have not received a waybill to show my order is on its way, Im trying to phone and cant be assisted, I get that they received a lot of order due to Black Friday, but why post if you cant keep up with the sales. Please I would like my waybill asap. We didnt buy at other supplement stores but only on Nutritech for Black Friday.

I should gave read the reviews first. I ordered R1400 worth if goods from them and didn't get any delivery notification or feedback to my email requests. They don't respond to telephone calls. DON'T order from them online!!
