I was very wary of ordering after reading some bad reviews from early December last year, but I went ahead and used their offer buy one get one free. I received my order within 3 days and was kept up to date all the way. Lovely perfumes, great service.
I should gave read the reviews first. I ordered R1400 worth if goods from them and didn't get any delivery notification or feedback to my email requests. They don't respond to telephone calls. DON'T order from them online!!
Ordered an Airfryer online. After waiting 6 days, I received an email from Mandy April that the Airfryer was not in stock anymore. She offered a cheaper alternative which I did not want. Since then, no response on my R4000 refund. Extremely bad service. I do not recommend doing business with them at all. Minus stars for this ******* company.

Once again I recieved an automated SMS notifying me that my Gamers Plus subscription was renewed and that, if I didn't cancel, I would be charged over R3 per day for it. I never asked for it in the first place. This is the second time I've been automatically subscribed. How dare MTN follow such illegal practices! If I didn't need my cell phone desperately I would leave this corrupt company.
MTN sent me a notification that I was automatically registered for Gamersplus and that, if I did not cancel, they would deduct R3 on a daily basis from my account. I never asked for this and never registered. How can a reputable company such as MTN commit fraud like this? There are many complaints of this nature, why can they not be sued for this fraudulent activity?
This morning I spent 3 hohes with an Mtn consultant at the Vaal Mall branch. My request for contract change was complicated but she saw me through it all the way. Well done Anna, at MTN Vaal Mall. Excellent service!
Paid for but never received my order. After many, many complaints they simply told me to contact the Post Office and that they would not refund me. Needless to say, the PO knows nothing about my package. Very angryand feel ripped off. Stay away from this company.
