This company stole my money through the shipping costs by refusing to refund shipping for items which THEY DID NOT SHIP because they claimed they were out of stock while they were in stock on the website. I paid $77 for shipping! I would provide screenshots, but I can't, so I will do my best to be as detailed as possible. April 18th, 2023: I placed my order for 3 boxes of chinchilla pellets, 3 packages of Timothy hay, and 1 straw tunnel. The shipping rate was $77 and I noticed the shipping rate depended on how many items I added to my cart. The more items the higher the shipping. April 28th, 2023: The customer support emailed me saying that the straw tunnel was missing and I could either wait or ship the rest of the items. I opted to wait. May 8th, 2023: They sent me an email saying they had a stock issue and will only send me 2 boxes of pellets, 2 packages of hay, along with the straw tunnel and they will refund me the missing items. I asked if they will also refund the shipping for those. They said yes. I have email proof. May 9th, 2023: Order has been shipped. May 12th, 2023: I received a refund of $10 which I didn't notice at the time. May 25th, 2023: My order has arrived. May 30th, 2023: I checked my transactions and notice that the refund of $10 covered only the price of the two missing items. I paid the full $77 for shipping even though two items were missing. May 31st, 2023: I contact Miscota about this. They are totally dismissive about the fact that they charged me shipping for two items that were not shipped! The business did not incur any expenses for the items that were not shipped, so where did my money that was supposed to be used to ship those products go?? In their pockets? They avoid the question and keep stating that they do not refund shipping once the order has been shipped, yet I am not asking for a full refund on shipping. I am asking for a partial refund for the items that were not shipped! Where is my money? And I also have email proof where they stated that they would refund my shipping for those items! In addition to all of this, I was not told the estimated arrival date of the package until I had already paid for it. It turned out to be almost a month after the order date.

Don’t buy with Miscota - scammers!
Don’t buy with Miscota - they’re a bunch of thieving scammers. I bought off them an expensive product - SureFlap’s “Pet Flap”. After it arrived, I noticed it’s not SureFlap’s “Pet Flap”, it is in fact SureFlap’s smaller “Cat Flap”!! A totally different, smaller product. They advertise misleading title & description!Of course, they disagree to refund now. I bought this after being sure it is the bigger “Pet Flap”.. And now they disagree with refunding me for their mistake, claiming I should’ve noticed their mistake myself and not buy this model. Save your money - they simply don’t care for their customers, they just want to cheat you and make a profit out of you!!!

Buyer Beware - Don't do it!
You will never receive your order and you will not get a refund. It will never get past customs. They fail to mention any of this as you're ordering from their website. I believe they willingly sell products to unsuspecting customers out of their country, knowing this outcome.

Buyer Beware - Don't do it!
You will never receive your order and you will not get a refund. It will never get past customs. They fail to mention any of this as you're ordering from their website. I believe they willingly sell products to unsuspecting customers out of their country, knowing this outcome.

Scam company
If I could give minus stars I would. Total scam. You pay for door to door courier and get told its at some post office somewhere but they cannot tell you where. No post office in my area has a record of it. Miscota says to contact the carrier, The so called carrier they use cannot tell you where they left it or provide proof of delivery. All lies and BS. Been three months now.

Scam artists
Absolute garbage service. Its been over 2 months since my parcel left for South Africa and over a month that its lost yet these thieves seem to do nothing to find the parcel nor will they offer me a refund. **** I would even settle for a regular status update but that is too much for them I guess. Suppose I should kiss my money goodbye

Miscota a scam company
I ordered 2 boxes of pills for my dog in July and although i was promised the goods were on the way i have received nothing ,it appears that this business is a complete scam I should have read all the reviews warning people not to buy from them

I ordered 2 boxes of pills for my dog in July and although i was promised the goods were on the way i have received nothing ,it appears that this business is a complete scam I should have read all the reviews warning people not to buy from them

Order sent 22 April, still nothing received as of 8 June. I have sent multiple emails and the same response, just wait. Now they say I must go to my post office and report it there but the post office knows nothing about it. This is despite it meant to be delivered to my home address not the post office. This company is a scam. They are now asking for more money. How I wish I had read the reviews first!! But my cat was sick and needed the medication, but it has taken so long my poor kitty died. If they had been honest I would have got the medication elsewhere and possibly saved my kitty's life. Do not use this company. They will rip you off!
