Useless. They are all Useless. I ordered a bicycle from PNP with Kempton Park delivery on a Wednesday for a Friday delivery. On the Friday no bicycle, according to them there was no stock. Two weeks later I checked and saw it was available again so I ordered with same delivery, only to be phoned an hour later telling me it's out if stock again. The person who phoned me said the one they have on display in store is not available for sale. Why do they have one displayed when they have nothing to sell? Today I tried the one in Midrand and guess what, three hours after it was supposed to be delivered they phone to tell me they are out of stock. The man even said to me seems kempton had in store I must go but it, he did not listen to anything I said just kept repeating that. This damn bicycle is clearly a hoax (price is unbelievably cheap) used to lure people into buying other things from them. It is very clear that this is a falsely advertised item which you will never get no matter how often it is shown in stock, even when you can see one on display in the store. They do the same thing with their sushi specials, always in stock until you order. Just a ploy to get you to use them. We'll PNP, I have closed my store account, deleted the asap app and will not use you again.
Pick n Pay online shopping is a bad joke. I placed an order 30th October for delivery 1st November. On delivery some items were not available, including a bicycle which was on special. Now i ask, why was it sold after I had paid for it already as it was in stock when i placed the order. Worse, several items were invoiced but not sent. They finally processed my refund two days ago, BUT only two of three items. Now i am still waiting for the third one to be refunded. Even worse, their "reservation fee" hasn't been reversed yet. They claim it is only meant to take 3 to 5 days for this to be done but it is nearly 10 days and I am still waiting. So i have basically paid for this order twice, the reservation fee on the 30th October and the final amount on the 1st f November. The customer service is pathetic, takes days to get even the smallest acknowledgement. Useless service from a useless retailer. No wonder they are on the verge of shutting down all PNP's, Checkers and SPAR have must better service. I will never use PNP online shopping again, they are *******, *****ing my money, my interest on that money and my time.

Service is disgusting lately and gets worse. Order # 138688935: ordered the Intex Cute Animal Tubes - Pink Kitty, was sent a blue sloth. Oder # 139610268: ordered Hot Wheels Classic Stunt Playsets With 1 Hot Wheels Car - Power Spin and was sent the Electric Tower Order #: 139832464: ordered Bakugan Season 5 Core Bakugan - Cloptor and Apollyon White Red and was sent Bakugan Season 5 Core Bakugan - Fangzor and Mantonoid Blue Green. Clearly the pickers are completely ***********. Let's not forget the empty bottle of shampoo with a big hole in it which was damaged before ever being packed for delivery which was evident as there was no shampoo leaked in the box. And lastly, returned an Intex pool last week because it was damaged and they refused to replace but say if I want a new one I can pay in an extra R1700 because they no longer have from the supplier which had the special. WOW. Honestly cannot wait for Amazon yo hit South Africa next year.
If I could give minus stars I would. Total scam. You pay for door to door courier and get told its at some post office somewhere but they cannot tell you where. No post office in my area has a record of it. Miscota says to contact the carrier, The so called carrier they use cannot tell you where they left it or provide proof of delivery. All lies and BS. Been three months now.
Such an amazing team. I use the ones in Glen Marais and De Wikus. Festival mall one generally handles my online orders and all three are just amazing. The staff are incredible. I wish all services trained and hired staff the way dischem do.
Gas some issues from time to time but generally a great service is received
R800 000 to admit my grandfather. What reasonable explanation could you have for wanting R800 000 for admission. Disgusting. Suppose only the rich can be healthy these days when Tembisa and Edenvale are too full with no space left.
PnP store account debited with no order processed due to a glitch on the pnp system. A month now and money still not reversed. Further, it seems as though no reserved amounts ever get reversed once orders are processed so I have been paying more than I have received. I wonder how many people have been stolen from other than myself because of this. I have been back and forth between PNP and RCS, each blaming each other and no resolution. I asked for a 6 month transaction report because my statements do not seem to have everything listed and instead RCS just resent my last 6 statements. This is ridiculous.
Pick n Pay and RCS do not reverse the reserve amounts when paying with PNP account. Noted this when an order placed had a glitch and didn't get processed. It's been a month and that amount as well as all reserved amounts have not been reversed and returned to the account. No one bothers to respond to emails. Contact me via email only so I have traceability on this issue.
