I took a bag and a seat cover to Levisons in the Morningside shopping centre for stitching and was told to come back 2 days later to collect being Wednesday ,i went on Thursday and was told it was not ready ,come back on Friday ,went Friday pm and still not ready ,told it would definately be ready Saturday went Saturday still not ready so contacted the Franchise owner Charmaine 0826563886 who said that she was in an event and would call me back two days later still waiting ,I decided to collect today Sunday so went at 13.30 and was told they were working on it and it would be ready in 10 minutes went back and collected ,worst service ever
I ordered 2 boxes of pills for my dog in July and although i was promised the goods were on the way i have received nothing ,it appears that this business is a complete scam I should have read all the reviews warning people not to buy from them
I bought an Apple I watch through Discovery / Vitality 18 months ago ,the watch from day one was useless as it lasted only 4 hrs when cycling and on returning the watch to Apple they said it was normal. Two weeks ago the watch stopped working and on taking it back to Apple they said the screen had a crack and I must replace it at R 6000.00 ,Discovery says they cannot do anything about it and Apple say it is not their problem . On talking to Discovery they say I must carry on paying the penalty fee even though the watch is not working ,my advice to anyone wanting to get an Apple watch is think twice ,as far as I am concerned it is a total rip off.
I bought a new Ford Everest Limited for R650000.00 in 2016 from Fury Ford Woodmead and a couple of weeks ago I needed to fit a baby seat ,on inspecting the vehicle I could not find the Isofix brackets ,I looked in the handbook and on page 20 were the diagrams and the instructions on how to use it. I went to Fury Ford to see if they could find it only to be told that my car was imported and they could do nothing about it .The dealer principle Scott Hendrich tried with the General Manager of Ford South Africa Gerhard Herselman who has not had the decency to acknowledge or reply to my e mails to him ( remember the Kuga debarcle with Ford not coming back to the public ) and according to Scott Hendrich he cannot get a reply from him either,is this the way you treat your customers ? Beware anyone buying a 2016 Everest they do not have Isofix so you cannot attach your baby seat.
I took my Mercedes to Renewit Rivonia on 05/05/2018 and was promised it would be finished by the 12/05/2018 as I was returning from a trip and required my car ,I eventually got the car back on 16/05/2018 after numerous calls and they don't even have the decency to return your call ,a small scratch on the back bumper was not done and they did something to one of the wheels which was not asked for ,never again at Rivonia the branch in Marlborough is run properly
Was given a garment for Christmas which was not suitable so took it back on 9/01/2016 to exchange and was told by the store manager that unless we had the original purchase slip they would not exchange and was referred to head office ( Michelle Roux ) who refused point blank to accommodate me ,I told her that it was impossible to get the purchase slip as the person who gave it to me lives overseas ,still would not listen ,I will not be shopping at Stuttafords ever again
