Terrible company. Ordered paid. Week later. Company blocked me on fb after i asked when i am getting my paid for order. Keeps on saying processing. No indication of when i will be getting my goods. Want my money back and my friends aw well ordered!!!
Went in at 7 am. Wendel assisted me. Excellent service submitting my claim. Took me 20mins. Wendel deserves a raise. Hopefully my claim will pay out soon
Debited 832rand of my bank account. And disconnected my wifi a week after that. Watch out for these ****mers. Customer service is non existent. 832 lost no wifi and no way of fixing this billing issue
Terrible service my wifi went down 3 days ago. Every time i try to contact a consultant it takes hours. Literally hours. More than 2 hours today. Only for them to tell me it will be sorted out soon. Apparently i have to wait for the supplier to contact me. FFS im paying webafrica for wifi. But i dont have wifi and when i query about me paying webafrica for wifi and not having wifi. I have to wait for the supplier to contact me! Is this not ridiculous???? Webafrica *****ing my money. Openserve non excisting

Romans Pizza Heidelberg. Owner is an Elsa or something. Staff was terrible and untrained. I passed through Heidelberg coming from jhb to nigel. I asked the cashier can I pay using my VODACOM app and wallet as I got discounted coupons. She said yes. I ordered and while I stood at the cashier I bought the VODACOM coupons. This is where it got terrible. I showed her the coupons she couldn't use them. Had no idea how. Manager was called one of the rudest persons I have ever encountered. She also had no idea how to use the 200 coupon I just bought in front of her colleague. Phoned her boss. Then managed to use half of the coupon. I asked her the name of her boss. She yelled it's on the wall and rolled her eyes. This person was one of the worst I have ever encountered. Lying 1st saying the coupon can't be used. Then the yelling when I asked politely the owners name. I ended up wasting 20mins to place my order embarresed by the way I was treated. I bought a voucher in front of them that apparently can't be used. Then I paid for the 3 large pizzas as I was drained by these I'm competent fools. I will never again stop in Heidelberg. I will rather use the 200 coupon in jhb where people are able to do there jobs
Terrible experience. I have cancer in my family. I am the only working member in my household bills are piling. I submitted for this 2 pot withdrawel on the 4th of September. I phoned mibfa 6 weeks after. After 50 rand airtime. They told me I must phone back after 8 weeks now I did phone back this time 70rand airtime. The lady said they did receive my application but they are only going to start with the applications now. And there is thousands of applications before me... I am shocked. This is now week 9. I submitted everything. All the other pension funds are paying people except mibfa they are going to start with applications at week 10 after the two pot started... I wish I never had to deal with this people... Let my bills keep piling. Cancer is fun when you are selling everything to stay alive
You pay for airtime but never receive it. No one replies to their help platform. Big **** stay away. Bought airtime few times but never got it says pending but money left my account. Don't trust this *******

Terrible experience. Ordered a schoolbag. Waited 10 days only to find out my order has been canceled due to them not having stock!!! Still being advertised 2 weeks after I ordered on their website. But no stock. Now I have already been waiting 4 days for a refund after asking them to just give me a voucher so I can get my kid another bag... Ignored but still waiting on a refund. R1400 of my money with makro my kid without a schoolbag. Makro online terrible service
