I found some great Black Friday deals, but the wait for delivery has been ridiculous. I usually order my monthly supplements from Xtream Nutrition, but this time I decided to try Nutritech because they had some decent specials. Big mistake. Eight days went by with no updates, so I sent emails (which got no reply) and made a call. The person I spoke to was unprofessional, but after some back-and-forth, she confirmed my order was finally out for delivery. Their excuse? They had an influx of Black Friday orders. If you can’t handle the pressure and satisfy your customers, then don’t run promotions like this. To make matters worse, I called the courier, who told me it would take another 3 to 7 working days. That’s pathetic—it means it’ll take roughly 15 days to receive a parcel from PE to Pretoria. For comparison, I can send a parcel to Europe much faster.
To start off we had no problems with our Adsl, then we want to move to fiber line no problem again, the installation were really fast had everything setup in 5 days, prior to installation we did inform then that we will maybe move to another premises in 2 to 3 months time. Mweb informed us that this will not be a problem as long as the new premises support fiber, and that there will be no cost involved for moving the fiber line. When we informed them 2 weeks ago we are moving at end of January into new premises now absolutely no assistance ,i have been sending emails the last 2 weeks 1 reply asking the location pinpoint , The mails that i am sending i do receive read reply's but NO REPLY form Mweb . Your after Sales SUCK BIG TIME MWEB... Very unhappy customer!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
''8 days no refund'' There systems are down. I were in the store on the 13/12/17 to ask for refund as I was not happy with the product, the sales consultant said their system are down, head office will refund the money as it is above R300 , that I did not have any issue with as their policy’s state 48 hours for refund. Call Verimark Walmerpark the 19/12/2017, there systems are still down, I will need to come to the shop to collect the money, but she will give me a call as when that will be, they don’t have enough money in their cash register at the moment. Really disappointing will not buy from them in the near future.
