Black Friday deals, but the wait for delivery

I found some great Black Friday deals, but the wait for delivery has been ridiculous. I usually order my monthly supplements from Xtream Nutrition, but this time I decided to try Nutritech because they had some decent specials. Big mistake.

Eight days went by with no updates, so I sent emails (which got no reply) and made a call. The person I spoke to was unprofessional, but after some back-and-forth, she confirmed my order was finally out for delivery. Their excuse? They had an influx of Black Friday orders. If you can’t handle the pressure and satisfy your customers, then don’t run promotions like this.

To make matters worse, I called the courier, who told me it would take another 3 to 7 working days. That’s pathetic—it means it’ll take roughly 15 days to receive a parcel from PE to Pretoria. For comparison, I can send a parcel to Europe much faster.
