My internet has been since the 2nd Nov.. I have tried to contact the customer support multiple times since then.. No assistance has been given.. This service is just putrid.. I am totally disgusted by the service provided.. They do not evens deserve a star..
Great location and views with horrible service... I never complain.. The level of service the manager provided at this place was putrid to say the least.. My ****tail that I did not evens touch yet fell over into my plate due to wind.. Glass everywhere cut my hand in the process.. Manger comes over the word comes out of his mouth "can't refund the drink".. Nobody at the table evens said anything about not paying for the drink.. The manager was not evens concerned if I was okay or anything.. My hand was bleeding you know.. I asked him why must I pay for something that it's not my fault.. His response was when the waiter puts something down on your table they are not responsible for it.. Was bull**** is that.. I ended paying for something that is not my fault and walked away with a cut on my hand.. They are all about money first, patrons customer service second..
