We booked air tickets in January 2020 to fly for the 1st time from Jhb to P.E. to attend to our daughters wedding in May 2020. All was confimed before Covid19 measures were implemented. The wedding date had to be moved to October 2020. We approached Lekker Vlieg to establish whether they could assist us to move the airline tickets but were informed that they are waiting for the Airlines to revert back to them. When the Minister of Transport announced that Domestic Airlines are available we approached them again but were informed that we need to claim the funds back from the Airlines diectly. We are a month away from the wedding date and our financial status does not allow us to make provision to purchase new tickets in such a short time. We personally feal that Lekker Vlieg could have assisted us much more by guiding and providing us with clear direction and alternative ways to make plans to enable us to finalise new arrangements. This has becone a really horrifying experience.
