Ek het nie my e-ticket ontvang nie. Ek was al die pad lughawe toe net om te sien my datum was verkeerd. Dit was my fout ek het nie gesien toe ek bespreeking maak maar indien ek my kaartjie ontvang het sou ek dit dadelik kon sien. Ek het tenminste 3keer ingebel om hulp om hierdie kaartjie te ontvang. Baie teleurgesteld. Hulle sou my nog bel maar tot vandag niks.

We booked air tickets in January 2020 to fly for the 1st time from Jhb to P.E. to attend to our daughters wedding in May 2020. All was confimed before Covid19 measures were implemented. The wedding date had to be moved to October 2020. We approached Lekker Vlieg to establish whether they could assist us to move the airline tickets but were informed that they are waiting for the Airlines to revert back to them. When the Minister of Transport announced that Domestic Airlines are available we approached them again but were informed that we need to claim the funds back from the Airlines diectly. We are a month away from the wedding date and our financial status does not allow us to make provision to purchase new tickets in such a short time. We personally feal that Lekker Vlieg could have assisted us much more by guiding and providing us with clear direction and alternative ways to make plans to enable us to finalise new arrangements. This has becone a really horrifying experience.

I booked a flight to JHB from Kathu beginning of March. The flight was cancelled by Cemair and Lekkevlieg. Lekkevlieg is responsible for my reimbur*****t. No effort has been made on their behalf their excuse is lockdown but my booking was before lockdown.

What an extremely bad experience. On 4 June 2019, my husband booked a flight specifically on SAA through Lekkevlieg. Paid for and received confirmation of and e tickets for his flights. Obviously paid a premium for an SAA flight because he had to take a fire arm with him and SAA is the only airline that allows passengers to book fire arms onto flights. When attempting to do an online check in last night, the SAA site had no record of him as a passenger. Since Lekkevlieg seems to only operate during normal business hours there was nothing he could do about it until this morning. First off Lekkevlieg informed him that it was SAA that changed his booking 2 Mango and that he has to phone SAA. SAA merely responded that he must contact the agent he made his booking through. After 4 phone calls and an email, 2 separate agents at Lekkevlieg was inept and simply pulled up their shoulders with a "there's nothing we can do" attitude. Of course all SAA flights for today fully booked. Repeated requests to speak to the boss was simply ignored. Aside from the pathetic service by Lekkevlieg, we view this entire transaction as misrepresentation of product and even fraud. The National Consumer Act protects our rights in this regard, and I know the Ombudsman would be interested in our situation. Unfortunately that does not resolve the current dilemma my husband has at this very moment. Lekkevlieg is not what they claim to be. Will never ever recommend them to anyone. Beware the dishonest and unprofessional conduct

Booking with lekkevlieg was painless. The only issue is be very careful. They put in writing if you have any changes to make them as soon as possible. I in error booked baggage for the flight ( PLEASE NOTE ONLY HAPPENING TWO MONTHS FROM NOW) which they now refuse to refund as they have apparently paid the flight company. FLIGHTS BOOKED AT 12.17 PAYMENT CONFIRMATION 12.38 CALLED TO CANCEL BAGGAGE 13.10 REFUSED REFUND TOLD ME THEY HAD PAID AND SAFAIR WONT REFUND. The problem I have with this is that you only have to pay by midnight ON THE DAY . Please DO NOT PAY THEM UNTIL YOU HAVE CONFIRMED EVERYTHING . There is no assistance after payment.
