Rameez at Momentum saves the Day!
Eventually my call reached Rameez. My goal was to cancel my insurance policies on my vehicles. With insight and professionalism Rameez guided me through a process whereby I could select another more suitable Momentum product. The new policy is much more cost effective and suits my budget and I will still enjoy coverage for my vehicles. Rameez is an asset to Momentum's Retentions Team! Thank you for excellent service! Complaint turns to Compliment - Clicks - Impressive
I had a bad experience with Clicks in South Downs. I raided a complaint with Clicks Head office. Wow! Clicks Head Office really responded with efficiency and professionalism to the complaint. I was even contacted by the Store Manager! Clicks it seems are serious about their customers and service in their stores! Thank you Clicks, I'll be back.

Centurion - Lerato Kekana - Saves the Day!
Centurion Branch. Lerato Kekana Shopping for everything that goes into a bathroom refurbishment I didn't expect to get much by way of personal attention in the Tiling Department. Then I met Lerato Kekana. this lady was professional in helping me choose tiles, efficient in advising me of the tile fix, spacers, etc and patient in re-doing the quote as I changed my mind a few times! Battery Distrubutors saves the day!
Battery Distributors (Ondekkers Road) a family business that cares and went the extra mile to ensure my retired friend received a battery after being stuck without transport during these 35days! My friend could not get to the bank after having her cards stopped (cards used overseas illegally - can the bank just answer the phone already!) couldn't get to the shop without money or a vehicle. After several attempts with competitors Jacki form Battery Distributors (Ondekkers Road) saved the day by delivering and fitting the battery and getting her mobile again. Well done and thanks for excellent service Jacki!
