I need to correct my previous post it not Durban Panel Beaters but Classic Panel Beaters in Pinetown.
I would like to share the following then people can make their own assumption. In January 2025 my wife experienced an unexpected incident with her vehicle. Our insurance company selected the above company as preferred repairer. On the 15th of January 2025, I contacted them to arrange the repair and was told they can only book the vehicle in on the 3rd of February 2025, but they will continue with ordering the parts. Up to 31st January 2025 we haven't heard anything from them. On the 31st my wife had to make arrangements to drop the vehicle same day as it suits us. During handover we had a discussion about repairs and was told vehicle should be ready 7th February 2025. Today is the 12th February 2025 with no word from them. When I phone to enquire, I was then told the vehicle is now in for polishing and they still awaiting a part and vehicle would be ready either today or tomorrow. LET SEE!!!

If I could give zero rating on customer care I would have. I ordered two fire extinguishers and the delivery happened very quickly. The only problem was that the expiring dates on them was within two months. I then phoned customer care on 05 August 2020 and was promised that it will be exchanged by MAGABOKE MAHLATJI. I followed up with mails to him and customer care (no reply) from either. I then phoned and left message after holding on for about 20mins. two week back. On SUNDAY I received a call from a lady asking me what my complaint is about with no idea what its about. She promised to phone back Monday 7th Set 2020. I think we all know what the answer is?????? Zero. I will never buy anything again from Leroy Merlin if this is the service!!!!!
