Planet Fitness The Club - Pretoria
Planet Fitness The Club in Pretoria has to be the worst ever. Their staff are inadequately trained and informed. We have been battling to cancel my daughters membership for two months and not once did the ill trained staff at The Club advise my daughter that she must contact the call centre. They showed her on the computer that they have cancelled her membership but the debit order is still going off her bank account. They don't care and are absolute thieves. I will never, ever recommend them.

Worst Service Ever
Absolutely shocking. Would never ever recommend them. Bought a new gate motor from them and then we tried to get hold of them to come and look at our motor - nothing. Just so very rude and abrupt. Will not even take our calls and has blocked our numbers. Please don't use them.
