Do not trust this company, They came out and did a quote, I paid R1975 and was promised that the work would be carried out the next day. I have never heard from them again, they ignore calls, WhatsApps and have practically run away with my money. Details are Chris Beukes 079 1114429 safety1st.sec@gmail.com.

I would like to take this opportunity to caution you against a company trading as Safety 1st Security 2017/344399/07 owned be Christian Beukes, he takes a deposit then he strings you along with commitments and come up with believable reasons why he breaks those commitments. The problem is he comes across as this well behaved and respectful person, so to trust him isn't difficult.

Fit defective gate motors, then ghost you. Avoid!
Came and fitted a gate motor, which simply doesn't work (won't open). They've blocked my number. Next step: small claims court for this near-criminal outfit of fraudulent gate fitters

Excellent service
This company really amazed me. I am a single mother and security is very important to me. I phoned to get a quotation for security cameras and with in seconds they responded and sent someone out to my house. They did an excellent job!! There was no mess, no tools laying around, everything exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend this company!! They are the best by far!

Worst Service Ever
Absolutely shocking. Would never ever recommend them. Bought a new gate motor from them and then we tried to get hold of them to come and look at our motor - nothing. Just so very rude and abrupt. Will not even take our calls and has blocked our numbers. Please don't use them.

Worst Service Ever

Safety 1st Security - Treats clients like rubbish - No after sales support- Shoddy Work
Do not use this company, his name is Chris Beukes. He came to replace a Spring on our garage door, charged me almost R5000. He didn't have time to service my garage door which was in with the price. He then disappeared, at the same time he replaced 2 garage door motors in our other property. We have had none stop problems since he touched our properties. I tried to call him to which I was told to F OFF and hung up, then I called back and was told the same and hung up, he has since blocked my number. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND A THIEF!! He also runs another parallel business on google, so be careful. Its too late for me, but I can at least post this to save someone else a lesson and a small fortune!!!

Terrible after sales service
Terrible after sales service - conned me into getting a second battery for my security beam plus a charging unit and neither work - when I called to get it sorted out he was extremely rude and tried to make out that I was rude when all I was doing was trying to get a date that he would sort out the problem. I have now handed the matter over to my attorneys - don't use this company - they are one of the worst I have used.

The company tricks you into getting your motor taken in for a quote and then charges you almost the same price as a Brand New unit. Very rude and unprofessional and when you talk to them nicely and explain the situation Chris will scream and swear you.
