Approved for a contract - Was told there were 33 units in stock of the device i ordered. No communication from Vodacom at all - over 3 weeks now and just called the after sales support team just to be told there is no stock still and i should go to the Istore to see if they have stock and cancel with them?? WAW what kind of after sales service is that? its absolutely disgusting service after you qualify and you are waiting fort a delivery!! Go with another service provider that do not lie to you. Over and out!
Used Woolies Dash for the first time a week ago. Placed the order once - nobody pitched (Was still charged) placed it again and paid again - No Driver pitched, placed it again (All same day) Paid YET again, finallyit was delivered. I called the call centre for my refunds, I was promised 3-5 working days. Received 1 of them ONLY. Been emailing them for 3 days now since and No response now. This is disgusting service and I will never use them again!! Well done for scaring off a client
Absolutely useless - Just moved from Cell C No support at all, been calling since friday, cannot speak to ANY human support agent, says go to webchat - Webchat doesnt work I have complained, I have called sales 1000 times I have paid upfront yet dont have a line Very Tired -Not recommended they are worse than Cell C USELESS IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT
I have had 2 Fibre lines with Cell C for around 5 - 6 years They kept taking more money from my account on debit order every month to which I had to put in endless effort to get refunds but they kept doing it. I have since sorted that, however one day one of my fibre lines was getting a ping of 40ms which is very high for my sons gaming (Nobody wanted to play with him) and how cut a long story short, I waited over 6 weeks whilst still paying for them to try and fix it, nobody could not even the Line host (Vumatel) - I cancelled the line. 3 months later I re-instated it thinking that it would be resolved as its a new account. On the day the line was commissioned I complained again that the speed of the line is half and the ping is still at 40ms. and my IP address is showing Cape Town when I am in JHB. They refused and told me I must still pay for the line and log a fault, even though the line hadnt been used?? Since that day I have had to pay in full for the line (Around a month) and nobody from Cell C responds to any of my tickets, its like a big F you. I have since cancelled the line and am getting it through another ISP - This is the biggest issue, I have cancelled the line online with the and created a ticket to have it cancelled and sent continuous tickets to release the line so the new ISP can instate it. NOBODY RESPONDS TO ANYTHING FROM CELL C!! I am stuck now with not being able to move my lines - not acceptable - The world must know - IF YOU ARE GETTING FIBRE DONT USE CELL C
Ordered online. First order took around 2 weeks to deliver, no communication from them at all. Decided to try again a few months later, this time they had to refund me as they could not supply. Its now been a month and I have still not been refunded. Must be honest this is the most useless service I have ever received. The person I dealt with is Khethiwe Bila and doesnt bother to respond at all. Dont order online from this company, use Builders warehouse, they are on the ball :)
Very Happy with the service provided by Eric! Quick and efficient and kept in contact. Items as described. Not sure what all the fuss is about on here, but I ordered and paid upfront, and the goods were delivered the next day

Not recommended, terrible aftersales service
Do not use this company, his name is Chris Beukes. He came to replace a Spring on our garage door, charged me almost R5000. He didn't have time to service my garage door which was in with the price. He then disappeared, at the same time he replaced 2 garage door motors in our other property. We have had none stop problems since he touched our properties. I tried to call him to which I was told to F OFF and hung up, then I called back and was told the same and hung up, he has since blocked my number. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND A THIEF!! He also runs another parallel business on google, so be careful. Its too late for me, but I can at least post this to save someone else a lesson and a small fortune!!!
