If you combined the efficiency of Home Affairs at 3pm on a Friday afternoon, with the business acumen of Jacob Zuma when dealing with the Guptas, you would still have a better product and levels of support than the mouthbreathers at the helm of Mobicred. As two of my PC screens blew in a power outage, I thought to give their service a try in replacing them on takealot in a hurry. Six weeks later, they've still not activated the account. I'm sure they're far too busy inspecting the contents of their nostrils to worry about trifling things like "customers", so I'm leaving them to their own devices. Also, to note, their support structures (particularly their WhatsApp service) is about as useful as trying to eat candyfloss underwater.
Came and fitted a gate motor, which simply doesn't work (won't open). They've blocked my number. Next step: small claims court for this near-criminal outfit of fraudulent gate fitters
Hi,<br> <br> Arranged for a Tracker unit to be fitted to my wife's car. Guys came last week Thursday, and then said the place was too busy for them to do the installation. Made arrangements to come on Saturday.<br> <br> Needless to say, no-one pitched, and when I called the call center, there was magically no record of the Saturday installation.<br> <br> If you guys are this off-the-mark before I've started paying you, I really don't want to experience your post-sales service. <br> <br> As such, I requested the installation be cancelled completely, and will be applying with another (more efficient) tracking company.
