MTN don't even deserve a 1 STAR. Their customer service is pathetic and doesn't know what they are doing 😡 Run away from this company. I am even considering cancelling all my contracts with them
Nedbank is exceptional. I encountered a significant issue with my account and was tempted to cancel it. I even sent an email to the complaint department after speaking with their call center agent who mishandled my query. The agent even refused to disclose her name and dropped the phone on me. However, after sending a complaint email, I received a call from a lady named L. Kunene, and wow! I didn't realize that there are still employees who take their job seriously. This lady is truly remarkable; she treated me with utmost professionalism. Initially, I was furious, but she managed to diffuse the situation. I felt like the sole client at Nedbank. I am considering transferring my salary to them.🙂 In fact, I will definitely do so. If this is how they handle customer queries, then there is no need to search elsewhere. This lady deserves recognition or a promotion of some kind. Keep up the excellent work. Nedbank, continue to educate your employees like you did with Mrs Kunene
Useless company ever. Actually I was supposed to read all this reviews about DebtBusters before joining. You send hundreds queries and no one will respond. I have been sending queries to the lady called Jennifer and she is worse. People please be careful of this company. Try another debt counseling to avoid stress.
Hyundai does not even deserve a single STAR. Bought a new car from Hyundai Airport, Kemptonpark in April 2022, since then the car has been giving me technical problems. I will sometimes stuck in a middle of the road (at night), call their road assistance to come and help. They will come and book the car to their service department but the problem still exist. I have tried several times to let them know about this problem, however nothing has been done. My problem is, as a woman I buy a new car just to avoid to stuck in the middle of nowhere at night. The main reason to buy a new car is to be safe and to avoid problems like this. But this time around I have actually bought a PROBLEM. The car is unreliable to such extend that I'm even loosing a business. They don't even CARE about my query or to sort this problem out. I'm typing this with tears In my eyes because I'm paying a car with a serious problems. The worse part a new car. I did not expect such BAD service especially from the reputation company like HUNDAI. I'm sad and dissapointed at the same time.
After so many queries with MTN, they have decided to suspend my lines stating I owe them. I don't owe them because they have confirmed with me in writing last month that I'm upfront with my account and I don't have to pay for September. They do debit into my account bank at any day without my knowledge. I have been querying this from May 2021 but with no luck. I'm frustrated as my credit profile went to bad due to this unauthorized debits. I don't know who can finally assist me as I don't know what to do with this problems created by them. If I had a choice I would have been cancelled my contract with them, but I can't because it's a new contract. I have been with MTN for more than 13years, however what they are doing to me it's now unacceptable. They are playing with my emotions knowing very well that I'm stuck with them for two years with this contract. But the time will come where I will leave them for GOOD. From loyal Unhappy customer
I think this company it's a SCAM. For the past four weeks I have been trying to cancell my car tracker with no luck. No one is answerig their phones. I left the message and the guy called "Kuben" called me back and promised thst someone from cancelling department will call me, however up to date I have not received any call from them. But they debited my account this month. I wrote an emails with no responses. People should be careful of this company.
All they do is to take our money without our permission. This is a fraud. MTN is taking my loyalty for granted.
I rest my case with MTN. Maybe someone can assist. I tried to speak to almost everyone at MTN from last year October till to date, however no one bother to solve my query. From last year October MTN stopped to debit my account. I phoned them but no one is giving any explanation this problem. Around December I made arrangement with them to debit the contract money which is now R1287. However instant of debiting this amount they only debited R287 which I noticed today and don't understand why . When i call Wendy (MTN customer service) was just so rude. Presyton Webster (MTN Supervisor) promised to call me back. But till now no one called me back. I have been with this organization for more than 15 years but I think is time to part away with them. I'm in arrears with MTN because of their negligence and incompetent. I just don't know who to talk to at this company because everyone seem not to care.
Wow! I phoned on Friday the 09th of January and spoke to the guy called Maduba (Senior Advisor) regarding my car insurance. He handled my enquiry very well and his customer service was excellent. He treated me like the only customer they have. I will forever be MiWay client. Thank you again MiWay. Keep up the good job.
Hi, I'm writing on behalf of my father, and I'm also Liberty client. However we are not satisfied with the service from your organization. It's a long story and we would like to know if we can visit your offices and if not we need urgent solution to our matter. To cut the story short why my father is getting fluctuated amount of money from his pension fund? It's fluctuating between R3000 and R9000 which we believe is is not possible. We really need urgent respond to this matter. We tried to call and your customer service is VERY poor in such a way that they even dropped the phone. If this is how you are treating customers then unfortunately we have to move from your organization to other. We hope to get a solution to this matter.
