The pathetic service from this company is beyond me. I have their tracking unit in my vehicle since November 2022. I recently discovered that since November 2023 the tracker hasn't been working. and my vehicle shows as offline on the app. After 5 calls they keep saying they updated the devices and that some of them are not coming back on - it takes time etc etc. My insurance knows that I Have tracker in my vehicle. AND I am being debited every month for a service that doesnt work. Should anything happen to my vehicle, I will go to every length in advertising the dishonest and *****ulent activities of this business. I expect a full refund for the debits made as was as a cancellation of my account for a UNIT THAT DOESNT WORK. I would rather pay a little more and have a reputable company install their tracker in my vehicle.

I think this company it's a SCAM. For the past four weeks I have been trying to cancell my car tracker with no luck. No one is answerig their phones. I left the message and the guy called "Kuben" called me back and promised thst someone from cancelling department will call me, however up to date I have not received any call from them. But they debited my account this month. I wrote an emails with no responses. People should be careful of this company.

I have been trying to cancel my account with them. Somehow, they cannot transfer me; the line keeps on disconneting after the reception tries to transfer me. It is easy to sign up, but impossible to sign out.

Sold my cars 3 years ago. Called them in 2017 to transfer the unit to my new car. They told me ; no stock. I must find the new owner and extract the unit. Impossible. Obligated under contract to pay. I did. Contract expired Oct 2019. I said to discontinue when contract expires. Received a sms of non payment today. Called pfk elec. They refuse to cancel until payment is received.

VERY RUDE WHITE AFRIKAANS RECEPTIONIST AT PFK TYGERVALLEY!!!!!!!:( :( :( I visited a company by the name of BVSA today which is on the same premises as PFK Tygervalley branch. As I was leaving I turned the wrong way and realised that the exit I was heading towards said no entry. As such I turned left to avoid disobeying the the rules of the road. Unbeknown to me as I entered I realised it was PFK Private Property Parking area. I made a u turn to exit the parking area owned by PFK and realised the gate had closed. I then got out and explained to the security what had happened and if he could please open the gate. He said that he was not able too. I then parked my car and took the lift upstairs. There were two ladies in the front office/reception. I then approached the one lady and explained the situation to her that I entered PFK parking area by mistake and if she could please open the gate for me, she looked at me strange and I explained again. After that she still seemed a bit confused and I asked her if there was any confusion, such that I could clarify things to her. By no means was I trying to be sarcastic, I just wanted to clarify the confusion such that I could leave. She then responded very rudely to me and said in Afrikaans "MOET NIE HARREGAT WEES NIE" She then got up and walked towards the door to go downstairs with me to open the gate. I then explained myself again to the other lady in reception and said I was not sure why her colleague was reacting this way towards me. She said they just wanted to be certain because if anything goes wrong they are responsible. I completely understand that, but is such a response from the receptionist really necessary? Maybe it was because I am not white that the receptionist responded in this manner. Is it because I am coloured because I thought things has changed?
