YOU ARE ROBBING ME MY ACCOUNT HAS BEEN CANCELLED, SETTLED AND CLOSED I HAVE SENT EMAIL AFTER EMAIL WITH NO FEEDBACK NIMBLE GROUP HAVE BEEN. TASKED WITH THEIR DIRTY WORK AND THEIR JUST AS BAD I CAN'T DEAL

The pathetic service from this company is beyond me. I have their tracking unit in my vehicle since November 2022. I recently discovered that since November 2023 the tracker hasn't been working. and my vehicle shows as offline on the app. After 5 calls they keep saying they updated the devices and that some of them are not coming back on - it takes time etc etc. My insurance knows that I Have tracker in my vehicle. AND I am being debited every month for a service that doesnt work. Should anything happen to my vehicle, I will go to every length in advertising the dishonest and *****ulent activities of this business. I expect a full refund for the debits made as was as a cancellation of my account for a UNIT THAT DOESNT WORK. I would rather pay a little more and have a reputable company install their tracker in my vehicle.

PFK Electronics autowatch it's SCAM tracking company.
I think this company it's a SCAM. For the past four weeks I have been trying to cancell my car tracker with no luck. No one is answerig their phones. I left the message and the guy called "Kuben" called me back and promised thst someone from cancelling department will call me, however up to date I have not received any call from them. But they debited my account this month. I wrote an emails with no responses. People should be careful of this company.

Use pfk electronics, if you want to pay for something you don't have.
Sold my cars 3 years ago. Called them in 2017 to transfer the unit to my new car. They told me ; no stock. I must find the new owner and extract the unit. Impossible. Obligated under contract to pay. I did. Contract expired Oct 2019. I said to discontinue when contract expires. Received a sms of non payment today. Called pfk elec. They refuse to cancel until payment is received.

Fraudulent Activity
Be careful of this company. I sold my bike over 4 years ago and notified them of this, and recently noticed they still debit my account. Funny thing is I changed banks and didn't give the new details to them, yet they found my new details and just continued debiting me. No refund for all the years I paid for no service?? No one knows what happened?? This is BS

Be careful of this company. I sold my bike over 4 years ago and notified them of this, and recently noticed they still debit my account. Funny thing is I changed banks and didn't give the new details to them, yet they found my new details and just continued debiting me. No refund for all the years I paid for no service?? No one knows what happened?? This is BS

Disgusting service
We wanted to install a tracker but due to bad service and empty promises for installation which never happened,I requested that we get refunded for the amount that was paid to them. It's the 21st and still we haven't received anything. Some lady called yesterday who also promised to call today to confirm my request she haant. The service is poor when I call the car Centre I can never get to anyone, spent about 20 minutes on 3 occasions resulting me hanging up. Im glad we cancelled because we would've had problems when we needed them. I WANT MY MONEY BAC****!!!!You didn't struggle to get it from me

PFK TRACKING SERVICES IS THE BEST
<p>I got a call from PFK tracking services around 4am on friday to alert me that there was a battery temper alert. when we woke up to check we found three guys tempering with the car they already broken two windows to gain access. the lady who called me made sure i was safe and offered to call the police for me.</p> <p> </p> <p>in a nutshell, i almost lost my car but because of PFK tracking services and their prompt responce i only have minor costs which my insurance will take care of.</p>
