buying insurance from SAFAIR is an absolute ****. although it is from a third party, it is the only company that deals with SAFAIR. we bought insurance to make sure that we don't have problems should there be a problem arise. the event that we were supposed to go was cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances. SAFAIR now hides behind their policies stating they have explained to us that they would not refund us if the insurance company does not pay us. nothing like that was explained to us in a simple manner, where we could make an informed choice. we bought 2 tickets from SAFAIR and enquired about the insurance as well. apparently SAFAIR is now totally absolved from refunding us any money. we spent R3600.00 for 2 tickets and now cannot get back our refund. this is an absolute ****. IN WHAT WORLD DOES THINGS LIKE THIS HAPPEN
the worst drivers/riders on the road or worse than taxis and ehailing vehicles. speeding, driving on the wrong side of the road. giving you the finger when you hoot. Speaking to store managers are an absolute waste of time. They carry passengers on their bikes. I stopped one of them and enquired about their passenger and he just ignored me went on his way.
the worst Insurance company to deal with. It took five and a half months to complete a repair or at least part of it. My son had an accident, and I reported the accident to Momentum. the car went in to be assessed and I received a notification to take it to the panel beater. it took Five and half months to repair this car, a simple front smash. It still isn't finished. it really takes a lot for me to change insurance companies, but this is the worst service I have received in Forty-five years dealing with various insurance companies i have now cancelled my policy and moved on. It takes weeks and many promises to return calls. I have never experienced anything like this before.
I went to the Checkers Westville branch and bought 4x packets of Panini. I wasn't happy with the quality and phoned the Manager Vino Govender who apologized and took the responsibility of delivering a replacement. She sent her husband to deliver the Panini personally. Now that's good service.
Miriams/mariams potato crisps. The worst crisps on a stick. It was returned to cook further. The replacement stick was worse than the first. Very little staff so the wait was about 30 minutes. So we bought loose crisps that was none the better. For that price of 50.00 the price and quality was ridiculous. The overall experience of the market was awesome. There was a buzz about the place.
Terrible meals, under cooked meat. The mutton bunny was terrible. The prawns were overcooked and overpriced. 120.00 for 7/8 small prawns/ shrimps.
great after sales support. just one call to them after i failed to get any response from their retailers, got my vehicle on the road.
<p>Fego gateway. </p> <p>We ordered 2 cups of tea. Both the tea jugs were chipped. Complained to waitron. Her explanation was that there was no good kugs left. Friendly waitron, but this is absolutely ridiculous service.</p>
