Adendorff VERY POOR SERVICE DELIVERY I sent my multifunction hydraulic Jack in for repairs to the Gazena branch for repairs to the switch after the jack stopped working in Deceember 2025. I sent them an e-mail with pics of the jack on the 09-12-2026 I recieved a reply on the 12-12-205 with ticket ID 100420 Subject Jack and then Nothing I contacted the Gazena branch as we now live in Bela Bela and I spoke to a gentleman called Conrad who said that I cou;d courier the jackth to them which I did using Courier Guy in Bela Bela Again I had to phone several times to find out what if anything was happening to my jack and was given a Refence No 06B 019139. The jack was sent to JHB Head off for the repair and I eventualy got a quote on the 19th of January via wattsapp for the amount R125-00 asking me if Iwanted to proceed I rep**** via wattsap instructing them to proceed and to include the cost to send the jack back to me via the Courier Guy here in Bela Bela. On the 26 of January I sent another wattaspp out to Adendorff as to when I could expect my machine to which I got a reply that it had been dispatched back to Gezina. I recieved a proforma invoice from chap named Nathen for an amount of R315-00 for the repair and delivery of my jack. I did an immediate payment on the 04-02-20206 I spoke to Nathen on Friday 06-02-2026 and told him I had done an immediate payment anf HE mentioned COURIER GUY by name in that conversation I phoned Nathen again on Wednesday 11-02-2026 as I still had not recieved my jack only to be told THEN that they ONLY use a company called MDS and that I should contact a lady called Melessa. I tried calling her but got no answer so I sent her a wattapp to which she rep**** the following day that a "3rd party" had tried to deliver it here on Monday the 9th and it had been rejected??? She said that my jack had been sent back to Nathan AT NO TIME DID ANYONE from Adendorff bother to phone ME in connection with my Jack. At no time did the driver from MDS or Melessa bother to phone me or my wife to say that they were at the gate with my Jack. Now Nathan EXPECTS me to pay AGAIN to have my jack collected by Courier Guy VERY ****ED OFF I was NOT INFORMED by NATHAN UNTIL yesterday that another company was going to be used despite it being We have lived here for over two years and NEVER had a parcel or delivery REFUSED.
