Excellent Support from Memory at Debt Rescue
After settling all my debt, I submitted my documents to Debt Rescue. While I faced delays due to FNB’s slow response, Memory went out of her way to assist me. She offered helpful advice and arranged a ******rtified clearance certificate while I wait for the final one. Her support really made a difference — thank you, Memory!

Credit Gateway/Repear
The worst debt counselors ever, they rush you into agreement over the phone, no papers or official forms to sign consent, no budget so that you can see the amount each creditor will get, all the creditors get paid so little and they get the biggest portion. I regret transferring from my previous DC(Debt Rescue) hooray to them. "The grass is not greener on the other side.". fact. Now I am struggling so that they will remove me from their system.I phoned numerous times, but still waiting for Refilwe to just "push the button" and make light. There is still a debit order on my account active, that they dont want to remove after I move back to my previous DC. I assumed they will automatically removed from their system..So I phoned HYPHEN PDA to discuss the matter without any luck, they refer me back to Repear Debt Restructing, that are deaf for clients. I send emails to Bogani Ntuli, Maureen Coetzee the Director without any respond.. I phoned my bank without any luck because I must deal with DC to remove the debit order.. I am trying to move to another bank now..and will dispute this debit order as not value.. I have my evidence.I am very ****ed off! Please think twice Credit gateway and Repear are cahoots. They promise you will pay your debt off within 6 months to apply for a consolidation loan and you will be released from debt review easier or quicker than the 5years! All bunch of lies! Creditors get paid so little and they ran away with the largest amount! Hyphen PDA is also cahoots with them !
