I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the excellent service I received from Pertunia Sindane at Credit Gateway. This follows an unpleasant incident where the initial lady assisting me was rude and even told me I was “going through January stress.” I immediately requested to speak to her superiors because I felt disrespected as a client. From the moment I was connected with Pertunia Sindane, everything changed. She treated me with respect, patience, and genuine care. She listened to my frustrations, ensured I felt valued, and assisted me with exceptional professionalism. Thanks to her dedication, all my accounts were resolved and paid, and I left the interaction completely satisfied. I would also like to extend my gratitude to Itumeleng M, who initially assisted me, when I was introduced to Credit Gateway and she provided great support from the start. Both Pertunia and Itumeleng deserve to be recognised and rewarded for the outstanding service they provide. I first wrote a review for Credit Gateway Financial Services on 27 November 2025, during one of the most difficult times of my life. We had lost contact, and I was completely broken—on my knees, feeling as though everything in my life was falling apart. In December 2025, I received a call from Marco Moodley, the Operational Manager from Repear, and that call truly changed everything for me. He sincerely apologised for what I had been through and assured me that he would do everything in his power to help me. From that moment on, I felt heard and supported. I then received guidance and incredible support from Basil Vermaak, Sales Manager at Credit Gateway Welltec, and Paulinah Phahladira, Settlement Team Leader from Repear. Their patience, compassion, and constant communication restored my hope. They stood by me, guided me step by step, and never gave up on me. They are an absolutely amazing team. Although they initially assisted me at the beginning of 2025, and we somehow lost contact along the way, they came back when I needed them most. With the utmost gratitude and respect, I can say that my loan was approved on 23 January 2026, and because of that, my life finally has a chance to start again. I genuinely recommend them from the bottom of my heart. All it takes is communication and patience, and they will do their utmost for you. A huge and heartfelt thank you from my side.

They are refusing to update my ITC profile to show that the account is active. I pay the account monthly but on Experian it's reflecting as a closed account. They are saying they will send me a letter of good standing, I don't want a letter of good standing I want my account to be corrected to reflect the correct status and payment history at Experian and Transunion. They are saying the don't have a control over what experian updates but experian receive instruction from them. The account numbers are not corresponding, the opening and current balance are not corresponding with information at Experian but no one is willing to fix and submit the correct infomartion at Credit Gateway even the Manager's cause yesterday I spoke to the manager who said an operations manager will call me. I don't want call I want then to submit the correct information to both experian and Transunion and send me a confirmation in writing that it's done.

My account is settled yet there was a deduction in December. I spoke to one of your consultants the 1st week of December regarding my refund. I was told the money usually reflects around the 23 December but by that time the company will be closed. On Monday 4 January I contacted you guys again and spoke to Mpho( what a lovely lady). I explained my situation and send the required documents to your watsapp nr. She told me if I do not receive ANY COMMUNICATION from her on Monday then all is in order. Today is Wednesday and I still have not received my refund. I phone again this morning and spoke to a lady. Who told me that they have not received my funds yet so they can’t refund me yet. I AM LIVID AND VERY FRUSTRATED. HOW IS IT POSSIBLE THAT A DEDUCTION FROM PERSAL ON THE 15 DECEMBER 2025, HAS NOT REFLECTED ON YOUR SIDE YET? I DO NOT BELIEVE THAT FOR ONE SECOND.

I app**** for a consolidation loan and debt review withdrawal with credit gateway and I was told to send the settlement letters, I did send them the settlement letters on the 8th of December and on the 10th I did a follow up and apparently Itumeleng said they didn't receive my letter I had to resend them the same day (10 December) and they said they speed up the application. The following day the 11 December I called again for a follow up, Itumeleng said my application was declined due to affordability. Yet They registered the loan on my credit report with an amount of about R41000that I have to pay R1990 for 36 months whereas I didn't even get a cent from them.when I call to enquire about that situation their contact are not available and their agents do not pick up my calls. I don't know what to do now. I feel like they ****med me😭😭.

Good day I am really on my knees, I don’t know what to do where to go and need help I have a lot more emails to add, I just needs some assistance thats all Please can someone urgently contact me We had a wellness day at our work, some of the people was from you company was part of the wellness day I had my life sorted and all was fine with the company Vantage Debt Management You took over on the 4th April 2025 trying to get settlement letter not telling me that only a current amount could be loan to get this sorted ever since I have tried to get under debt review (Debt busters to over my case but my credit providers did not accept PLEASE can you call me to get my life sorted out all was in order until Repear to over, I need urgent assist regarding this matter please I am begging you pleading crying I spoke to so many agents (annikie the latest) and they just don't come back to me, block me on the WhatsApp number I'm highly disappointed and heartbroken. After failed attempts to call them and even with emails no respond no answers to my enquiries, I hope this review will prompt a quick response and resolution to my matter as I am VERY FRUSTRATED now
