My account has been under audit review for about two months. During this time, i have repeatedly contacted the call centre and escalated the issue, but the agents themselves do not seem to understand what is happening with my account. Now my profile shows that i am “no longer a client,” and you still haven’t received a clear explanation or resolution.
I have a loan with this company and have paid every installment on time each month. However, my payment records are not being updated with the credit bureaus. This is negatively affecting my credit score and my payment history, which has not changed at all from June 2025 to April 2026, despite my ongoing payments. To make matters worse, Carla and Siphamandla do not respond to emails, and on the rare occasions they do, they provide inaccurate statements about my outstanding balance. They also issue a letter that does nothing to help improve my credit score, even though they claim it is important when applying for further credit. Dealing with this company has been extremely disappointing, and taking a loan with them has turned out to be one of the worst decisions I’ve ever made.
i took my car in for major service on Friday 22 October 2021 at the Soweto Branch in Glenridge, they did the service and asked if i can pay in cash. My problem now is that they said theyl send the invoice via email and they haven't done so when i call the guy who serviced the car "Shotie" he hangs up my calls. I need the invoice so i could claim from my employer and also see what was replaced. Today is the 28th October 2021 STILL NO INVOICE DONT EVEN KNOW WHAT THEY CHANGED IN THE VEHICLE
They do not want with my payout, its now 3 days since i withdrew, ive sent my bank statements even made numerous calls shiitty business who only like clients losing!!!
<p>Purchased a phone from them and two days after using the phone it had touch screen issues understandable i contacted them as it comes with a 1 year warranty send them a message on email and facebook so they can assist me they took days to respond finally when they responded they said they will send me the warranty form to comeplete waited for the full day and nothing was sent. Contacted them AGAIN and the guy said the same thing " he will send me the warranty forms to complete and send out a courier" so that they can repair it or replace it if need be. today marks the 7th day and still haven't received the warranty forms to complete or a courier to come collect the phone. BAD AFTER SALE SUPPORT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p>
