I received a quote for my SUV for the 120 000 km service. This was very professionally done and I at least knew what the general cost of the service would be. On arrival in the morning Jaco met me and took pics of the car prior to the start of the service. He phoned me within 2 hours to inform me of what was to be serviced on the car and the cost of the service. The service was completed by 2pm and I was duly informed that I may fetch my car. It is the first time I have ever known the actual costs involved prior to the completion of the service and less that from the dealership. I am delighted at the job done and will be returning there for my next service. Thank you Bosch Auto Superior in Randburg for your professionalism
I have written one review and spent a lot of time and money calling the technical centre and sales centre to no avail I was told I would be online by yesterday and yet I wait for a response to emails etc I cannot believe how incompetent this company as well the majority of those people with whom I have had to deal. I am being debited for this non existent service.
I am extremely frustrated as I have no internet and no response occurs when sending emails to the technical center. I have a pay as you go contract and cannot wait on the phone to be helped as all my airtime will be used. I have been number 32 and upwards in the queue waiting to be helped on the phone Due to electrical cuts the Mweb device needs to be synchronized again with the Vumatel router. An impossible task as no none responds to emails.
