If I could give 100 stars out of five, I would! I’ve been using Chemdry for many years. They never fail to impress me. I contacted them again in an emergency situation after a different contractor had spilled chemicals on my rug. The team came out the same day and and spent several hours, until the evening, to clean the rug. The stains were quite severe, so Chemdry sent the team out again. They did not even charge me for the second cleaning. Thank you Chemdry Centurion/ Pretoria East, for excellent service. You are outstanding!

If I could give this business a hundred stars out of five, I would. It is incredibly refreshing to to deal with a business that not only provides a great product, but that cares for their customers long after a product has been sold to them. I own three Ergotherapy chairs and experienced a minor issue with one chair, two years after purchasing the chair. From date of my first interaction with this business, I was met with kind, helpful and professional individuals whose priority it was to sort out the issue I experienced. They dealt with my problem in the most professional manner, and efficiently at that, and without levying any additional charge. This business will have a life-long customer in me, not only for the fantastic product, but for their excellent after-sales service. Thank you!!!
SHOCKING, terrible and unprofessional service! This institution was requested and paid upfront, to install ceiling speakers. The result was several incorrectly drawn circles, drawn in PEN on the ceiling of the room, with the speakers ultimately shoddily installed, leaving pen marks all over the ceiling, not to mention dirty handprints. The complete and utter absence of logic and professionalism in drawing SEVERAL incorrect circles, IN PEN on the ceiling, and their failure subsequently to own up for the damage caused, should scare off any person of sound mind to do business with this institution. The entire ceiling had to be repainted. After Sound & Image was apprised of the damage & acknowledged the damage, they refused to reimburse us for the expense of having the ceiling repainted, proffering the excuse that they could have sent yet another incompetent person to attempt a paint job, and cause yet further damage. Legal action will follow. AVOID THIS BUSINESS AT ALL COSTS! There is NOTHING sound about them.
My complaint is specifically directed at a particular employee/guide, Nathi. He started the tour by refusing to introduce himself and instead insisted his name was “Nobody”. In the first five minutes he had made several snide and rude personal remarks, including “are you deaf” and “your clothing is super gay”. Nathi’s obnoxious, rude and disrespectful manner towards clients is extremely unprofessional - We paid for a service and expected Nathi to be courteous and professional at all times. His bad attitude detracts from a fun experience. All the other guides, Joe and Rector, were extremely friendly and courteous. It is unfortunate for one unprofessional person to ruin an experience and damage the name of a business.

Well done Ster-Kinekor, The Grove. Your online booking system was user-friendly, it worked fantastic and it was an absolute pleasure to attend the cinema, - despite Covid regulations. I made an online booking and pre-ordered tickets and drinks. We managed to scan in using only a phone. Upon our arrival, the staff was friendly and helpful and we collected our drinks and (very neat) pre-packaged popcorn. The cinema was sparkling clean and we had a lovely night out. Thank you!
