Execellent Service Delivery - Discovery Insure
From the time of accident, I logged a call to Denisha Mathews & Craig Miller. Denisha prioritized everything and sorted out the assessment request with the Discovery Insure Dept - Demi Loddo and everything was booked accordingly. I cannot stress enough about their service delivery, I rate the service at 10*. My experience with Discovery Insure, Deisha Mathews, Craig Miller , Demi Loddo and the Discovery Insure Team has been truly unbelievable! I would like to take this opportunity to thank the entire team that handled my claim, cannot fault them in anyway possible. Thank you once gain for all your effortless assistance in this regard. My car is due to get fixed, I will drop in another review after completion.

Exceptional Service by Denisha Matthew's in Handling our Insurance Claim
On the 14th of May 2025, my wife and I encountered a distressing accident when our vehicle hit a severely deep pothole, damaging both the right and left tyres and rims. The following day, I reported the incident to Discovery Insure Claims Department and shared images of the damage with both them and our broker, Craig Miller. Denisha Matthew's, Craig's Professional Assistant, proved to be an invaluable asset to Discovery Insure. Fresh from her Monday meeting, she immediately took charge when there was a delay in the process. Within half an hour, Denisha had personally ensured that everything was sorted out, showcasing her exceptional dedication. Our vehicle was promptly sent for assessment at VDS, who efficiently provided the necessary report back to the Claims Department. Denisha went above and beyond, as she always does in emergencies; she arranged for the vehicle hire and maintained excellent communication with all parties involved. Denisha's approach to client service is unparalleled; she treats each client with utmost respect, never as just another number in the queue. Her commitment and passion for her work are evident, making her a standout professional who deserves recognition for her outstanding service delivery. Today, our vehicle was ready for collection, and I must commend VDS for their friendly and excellent service as well.

Serious Warning - Do not use this company!
With regard to my previous complaint about this company, just to let you know they have not made any contact and have not paid my company to date. Do not use this company at all costs. they are not honest, this company has no morals nor values. I urge the public to not use them at any cost, you will be sorry for any loss incurred. They totally ignore lawyers letters and if they do respond, they have responded to my lawyer but they lied all the way. They do not deserve 1 star either!

Avoid at all costs - Bad Company - Johannesburg Branch
Do not use this company at all costs, I am a kitchen supplier that go by the name of Formula Kitchens cc. Before the lock-down in March 2020, I have paid a deposit for my clients kitchen worktops, to this day, the job has never been done and they have never responded to any of my reminders for the refund that is outstanding for my client. Total costs outstanding to date defrauded to my company is R 15 000.00. They ignore all my emails and do not respond and are false promising. They offer no service delivery, I recommend, avoid the Johannesburg Branch at all costs. I have proof of every email reminder and letter from my lawyer to them. They ignore all monthly reminders!
