I recently bought a product ecoflow river 2 and it's absolutely a phenomenal power station it has really helped my day to experiences of loadshedding and highly recommend their products... It's a breath of fresh air to no longer be subject to loadshedding as a whole.
firstly i have warranty on my laptop that expires in september. dion wired doesnt exist neither does incredilble solutions so how who do i contatct regarding service repair?
Hi, I'm forwarding the below email because my phone was not fixed correctly, I specified the problems 3 of those were fixed except the battery. I called your office twice the first consultant said battery was not covered by all risk cover. The 2nd consultant put me through to logistics because she could not help me. The third consultant by the name of Ntombi Koza put down a query and explained the detail of my problem however could not provide me with reference no. Or ticket regarding my problem so I asked for ombudsman number she replied she doesn't know it and then I asked for manager couldn't provide that either. Then put the call down which is superbly disgusting. To give you story of the situation I received my phone a week ago everything seemed fine then I noticed two scratches on the phone one on top of a sensor and one at the back of LED flash and then a few days later samsung alert battery status came up and reminded me that battery needs to be replaced so obviously this was not replaced. I had cancelled the insurance for this phone the same day as because I have another insurance on my note 20 ultra 5G. Now I sit with a problem that was not fixed to begin with. How many people does it take to get my message across to have this matter handled? I'm not waiting another month to deal with 6 different people and to pay again for something that should have been fixed. If the response is not handled ill be at your offices in due time. My experience with Guardrisk insurance has been the most the worst service i have experienced. the 25th august 2020 i submitted a claim for repairs on my phone, everyday they ask for one piece of information regarding my claim this went on for several day and of each email i have thus far dealt with 6 different people. Eventually they authorised my claim and paid excess 3 days thereafter i sent POP to claims no response for 72hrs, then had to call to get any kind of response and then i was told that the phone would be picked up via courier the same day i added a new device to my policy now having now two policies with them they have easily loaded the new device but still given me the run around on my existing claim which i pay happily every month. its now the 16th september 2020 (23 days have passed) i called again asking for the device to be picked up this is now 10days waiting. I'm now ready to cancel both my policies entirely and take business elsewhere and pay for this as my time has been wasted entirely.
